This place sucks the food is iffy and u can't edit ur sandwich, today they wouldn't let me get American cheese they said that it was only for certain occasions and said that I had to get provolone, they also forgot the oil&Vinager on my #4 they obviously don't seem to realize that we are choosing to go there and we are paying.I walked in and no-one was there, that should've been the tell tell sign to not eat there
They put no oil and no vinegar they would not let me get america cheese they said I had to get provolone cheese and they have a build your own opinion but then wouldn't let me build my own there is terrible service and they are very rude to me and my family. jimmy John's is a terrible place and it should get shutdown.

Went in today for a sub. Ordered a large and wanted it cut in two with mayo on 1/2. The rude staff tried to charge me for 2 subs and said it was special order. They did not after I said it was ridiculous. Problem is all these chains here are run by snot nosed kids that THINK they should be making double what they do and the store owner is not where to be found. If these employees are that miserable ask mommy for more of an allowance and sleep till noon like your little friends. Welcome to the new generation of The Customer is Never Right!

JJs brags they have 11 ingredients to put on your sub, but 7 are condiments and spices. Compare that to Subway which has several more veggie ingredients plus condiments and spices and that makes JJs mediocre. I get Italian subs at JJs. One is very good but one is bland and sparsely made. So it is a shame they are hit and miss
