Came to K38 for a girls lunch and had the pleasure of being served by Leah. She was absolutely amazing. So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. She gave us great food and drink recommendations, and her kindness truly made our meal special. We’ll definitely be back!

Great service from Gianna! I come here a lot with my 2 year old nephew, McKenzie is always super accomodating and sweet with him, she makes our day! We have great service every time, Ryan is also an awesome server (he's also patient lol). I'd write a separate review for everyone if I could!

Been a patron of your establishment since opening. The name was Kiva at one point so imagine my surprise and disappointed when you removed the KIVA Sauce. Now my favorite dish the reason we frequented, enchiladas Barbados’, is no longer a dish I crave. Also a main stable of your business was the corn cake I miss dearly. I guess the locals/natives the reason you made it are not thought of anymore.

Everyone enjoyed their dinner! The service was excellent throughout the entire experience. Kenzie was a fantastic server and checked on us continuously. We were also visited twice by someone who we assumed was the manager- as he checked to see if we needed anything. We will certainly be back.

As a regular customer who dines here weekly, the customer service we received on Saturday night was inexcusable by both the server and the manager. I took one sip of my cocktail and it did not taste correct. I asked for a new one to be made and the server looked at me like it was an outrageous question. The waitress then condescendingly explained how the drink was made and asked do we really need a new one made, which I said yes we would prefer a new one to made. She explained the new cocktail was made by the manager, which it did taste normal and good the second time. When the bill came, we got charged for both the bad tasting drink she took away and the new one that was made. That is horrible customer service to charge for both drinks when it was not made correctly the first time. I am shocked the manager did not come over to us and apologize or even check in given we could hear them discussing it.
