K38 Baja Grill

We ordered takeout. The manger noticed something wrong with the way my order was prepared and cancelled the order on the spot , apologized and asked if I wanted something else.... She had my alternative made and was sincerely apologetic.... and added a few extras to our order along with a $10 gift certificate.... I was very pleased and the dinner was great ... I'm very happy she interceded!

K38 is a top five favorite of mine in Wilmington NC! The one on Carolina beach road by the new Harris teeter is amazing and has amazing waitresses, we had Jackie on our last visit who was very kind and helpful, along with efficient. Definitely a family stable!

Ashley, Ayla, Mandy, Maggie & Izzy are absolutely incredible! Their hospitality makes every visit to K38 a standout experience. They’re attentive, welcoming, and know exactly how to make you feel at home the second you sit down. Drinks are always spot on, service is quick, and they bring such a positive, fun energy to the bar that it makes you want to stay longer.
