For some odd reason this location has always been off the chart with no fresh food to say they’re right next to the state port & eating up off those guys state money with poor food .. our food was so cold & the fries was so dark the biscuit was completely apart but offered me to pay for a $1 book which I said yes to .. so I brought a KFC Book with bad food service & cold food

Not sure why KFC is still around, every time I drive by there’s never anyone in the parking lot. The inside is always trashy and the staff are rude, especially if you decide to dine-in. Food is meh for fast food - much prefer other chicken places.

Ordered in app..husband picked up in store. Got home and we were missing sauces and chicken nuggets, fries were cold, biscuit was undercooked, and honey bbq chicken sandwich just had honey bbq sauce thrown on the top of sandwich.
Went to get chicken, DURING THE DINNER HOUR, and was told that they couldn't do my order like I wanted(extra crispy breast & thighs), so I left! Don't have to worry about my business ever again! That's poor customer service!

Poor service as well as delivery and food quality. Ordered a big box with slaw and mac, 8piece bites with honey siracha and mashed potatoes. Also apple pie bites. Instead received a box of chicken, four biscuits and corn??? Just so disappointed and a huge waste of food and money

The chicken legs were so small. They didn’t have butter for the biscuit. The mac-n-cheese was nasty. And then to top it off they turned the filling station (soda) off. Pathetic.

What can you say about an American Icon. It's greasy, tasty, and even better when you drench it with the hot sauce. Throw in some sides...you know what I'm talking about. On Tuesdays they got a 8 piece dark deal. Delicious!
