Got my order wrong and the tech support online and a call into KFC corporate I was denied any compensation
I would not shop here - they are literally breaking the law by handling business in this manner.

We ordered the chicken and waffle family box and they didn't even include the waffles...how can you jack up a order that is so simple? We tried to call to complain and got no answer.. i guess I wouldn't either if I was stupid enough to jack up something that a kid could had put together. How much time does it take to check orders before they are delivered? There is NO excuse for not making sure the order is CORRECT. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone especially for delivery.

Went to KFC on Market St in Wilmington NC. There were people in parking lot begging for money and lot of homeless trash 🗑️ in parking lot. I went in to order food and waited for over 5 minutes before I finally asked some to help take my order and was told that I had to order from the computer system on the wall, when I advised them that I was having trouble with the system, I was rudely told I have to wait then. I was the only person inside the restaurant at the time. This is now a restaurant that I will not visit again. Poor atmosphere with homeless begging customers for money and poor customer service.

I go there last night at 715 not busy at all I ask about the kids tender meal they say it doesn't come with biscuit So I order the regular 3 piece tender meal There was only 1 tender in box they up charged me for biscuit They gave me wrong side dish and no sauce for tenders Ive tried calling 6 times to speak with a manager and either just rings and rings or busy signal Ridiculous
