Always enjoyable when we visit Kilwins at The Pointe. The Owner, Katie, and her staff greet us every time we walk in. There is so much to choose from and we have not been disappointed yet. We are slowly working through the menu and keep finding our new favorites. Can't wait for the holidays. Gives us more of a reason to stop by. We will be back soon.

The “chocolate peanut butter” fudge was just a dry slab of chocolate fudge with a singular piece of peanut butter fudge in the center. So dry and crumbly, lacking flavor. Everything seems to be over priced for what it is. $10 for one caramel apple 🫣

Angels are around us everyday but today I was lucky enough to meet one. Katie, owner of Kilwin’s, thank you. My day is better because of you. And the ice cream was delicious! I am a loyal customer now!

We went several days ago and the lady serving ice cream was the nicest and most patient person to us indecisive people!! lol I can’t remember her name but she had short dark brown hair and was just a gem!! The ice cream was good as well!

One of the workers made the pecan brittle and let us try a free sample! She was so sweet and great service!

Love Kilwins! It’s a rich, creamy treat. And those waffle cones are to die for!

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Lots of sweet treats to choose from. Great location. We look forward to coming back.

I purchased 4 caramel apples from this location today. The 2 caramel pecan apples were rotted inside and the 2 plain caramel apples were starting to rot. All 4 smelled like cider when I cut them open and 2 were brown inside. $38 down the drain. Disappointed.

My wife and I are in town nearly every weekend, and going by kilwins makes it special, we stop by kilwins at least twice every weekend and get some ice cream on those freshly made waffle cones. Once you try them you'll be addicted, they're definitely worth the trip.

I have always loved Kilwin's chocolates and other desserts. Many times, after biting into any chocolates that were unwrapped, inside the glass case, the immediate thought I had was how stale this tastes! After Kilwin's started having less wrapped options for chocolates, I stopped buying them altogether.

I remember always loving the candied apples at the downtown location. I decided to give this location a try, and I regretted it. After biting into one, I thought that I don't know how long the apples sat behind the glass, but it must've been weeks based on the apples being bruised and mushy. After the first one being this bad, I thought I probably just had one bad apple, so I gave the second one a try. This second one was even worse, bitterly SOUR and mushy and bruised. This was not a normal granny smith apple kind of sour. I took a photo of one of the apples before disposing of them both.

This same day, I was helped by an employee who was very nice, but she did not even know there was a customer loyalty program. She did not know the prices of desserts inquired about, nor did she remember to apply a discount at the register that she lured me into for the candied apples purchased.

The quality of products is pretty low at this location, and apparently their employees are not thoroughly trained.

After all of this, the manager Katie showed me genuine care. She made every attempt within her power to make my experience right. Katie is a great manager. She cares about others and is very helpful. She made my one star review a good review. Thank you Katie for your help! I will return and support this business.

My husband and I went in for the first time today to purchase a few gifts. I don’t need to go town for Chocolate anymore. Katie at the Point is awesome. Attention was paid to help us get exactly what we were hoping to find!! Currently they have a chocolate Santa to raffle. If I win, I’ll have to invite our entire Del Webb subdivision to the store to help me eat it!😀🤞🏼🎅🏼

Visited yesterday for a shake and some fudge ...I was waited on by the owner who was a delightful woman with a radiant smile ...treats were yummy...will be back

The first time I went to Kilwins I was ready to taste many different flavors of ice cream! The aroma was very pleasant. The employees were ready to assist you with your orders! I would truly go back again! Kilwins at The Pointe is the best place for your favorite ice cream! My favorite was the peanut butter chocolate ice cream!
