Trevor the employee tries to shame customers who want more than one scoop. It didn't even cover the edge of the cone. A different occasion i ordered some of the truffles and he said woah, what's the special occasion? I was celebrating one year sober and didn't have to justify anything. He pushed things so far today that I am contacting the main office to inform them of how he treats the guest. He even laughed when he upset me and said, i think it's just you! After I wanted one more scoop and he said is this sufficient for you? Another customer saw and backed me up when he saw how I was being treated. Manager tried to make it right and listened so thank you to the manager, but this has to end Food shaming isn't what they are supposed to be doing in this bakery. I shame myself enough already without TREVOR. he saw that he made me cry over it. I came to do something nice for myself. I'll wait 30 minutes for another associate to help me if i ever come back.

Had to stop by here because there was a line going out the door 2 nights in a row. Got myself a Cappucino chocolate Chip ice cream. It was good. Nothing mind blowing. The place though is very cool looking and they have a crazy amount of other desserts. I did try a sample of the cookies & cream bar of some sort which was not all that. I would still like to come back and try some other desserts they have.

We ran in late one night during a rain storm (to get out of the rain AND grab ice cream.) the staff was warm, welcoming and funny. We loved the ice cream and we’ll be back!

Incredible ice cream shop in downtown Willmington, many varieties of ice cream and sweets, I found the store very nice, they have a 10-rated service.

Unfortunately the ice cream flavors were so artificial I had to force myself to finish what I bought. The raspberry sorbetta tasted like chemical candy, while the cookies and cream tasted so sugary it was unlikable. I had hope for the peach flavor which actually tasted worse than the two precedents. So, if you're looking for true ice cream or just flavor, this is not the place. When it comes to the price, they are not "allowed" to put two flavors in a small cup and you therefore have to buy a regular cup (which is BIG) for two flavors. That's just ridiculous. I suggest you go one street further and find some real ice cream at gelarto.
Always enjoy coming to Kilwins for an an ice cream! Tons of options. Pricing and portions are reasonable.

Got a waffle cone one scoop of Turtle Cheesecake and it was soooo good. FYI one scoop in a waffle cone is a lot of ice cream. I'm a big guy and was gonna get two scoops till I saw how much was in one scoop. Would reccomend!!

We came here before close at night and it was clear the team had a busy day. The service that we got was amazing. They went above and beyond to go through what the options were, made jokes, and were so nice. The ice cream was amazing and there’s a huge selection of all kinds of snacks!
