There is nothing we love better than going to a restaurant that has food on the menu that you don't see anywhere else. That's Kornerstone!! Fresh food. Unique food. DELICIOUS FOOD. We can't wait to go back.

Just another loud restaurant with ok food and servers who have their expectations. I had to actually ask for a plate for my salad and pizza. Then I had to ask for crushed red peppers. We were splitting a pizza and one of us asked for grated parm. The waitress grated the parm over the entire pizza without asking. Never been so rudely served in my life. And the lowest calculated tip was 22%. I'm so over the inflated expectations of servers especially when they suck.

So, somethings do get better over time. I first reviewed this place 5 years ago and food was just average. Today I had the autumn Penne with pumpkin puree, pine nuts and sausage and it was fantastic. The service was good, but the wait staff was goofing around and very loud, very unprofessional.

We had reservations for a party of 10. They were busy and our server was obviously overwhelmed with the number of tables in his section, as he brought waters and then didn't return for drink orders for 15 minutes. He rushed us through ordering entrees and then never came back to check on us after food was delivered by other servers, that had no idea what the entrees were, as they placed meals in front of the wrong guests and "auctioned" off the food. We had to stop another server to ask for refills and more bread. Pasta meals had been sitting in the window for a while, as they were lukewarm, at best. Entrees were not delivered to table at the same time, so 2 of our guests had to wait... one of their meals was a SALAD!!! We couldn't complain, because our server never checked on us! Only towards the end of our meals, did he come by "to make sure everything was ok". We won't be dining at Kornerstone again anytime soon. Which is a shame, as it has been a staple restaurant for us for years!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Kornerstone! The vibe is great with lots of seating options, inside, outside, and bar. They are able to accommodate large groups, the staff is all so friendly. Ellie E was our waitress and she was phenomenal! Gave great recommendations, very kind, and provided great service. The pizza was so tasty, and good price for size, personally I do not think you can beat it. We also had salads and the greens were so fresh as well as for all the toppings. If you have room for desert at the end of the night I highly recommend the Butter Toffee Cake!
I really like the location of Kornerstone- you won’t have any problems with parking. Maybe a little too pricey to bring kids but it is family friendly and a really fun location to meet friends. My friend did the “Build Your Own Salad” and I had the flounder Mediterranean and it was SOO GOOD! I honestly didn’t think anything looked that great on the menu but this was suggested and I loved it. They have a Vegan menu if you ask and a spiritless drink menu - very nice.
