Why did I receive COLD doughnuts 🍩 from Krispy kreme?!? I might as well buy them from food lion. Because I have (unfortunately) lived here for four years and I have never seen the hot sign on! Do you not understand the purpose of that or why one would order directly from Krispy Kreme. It’s because they and I wanted warm doughnuts 🍩!! Is that too complicated for you?!?!

Purchased buy one get one for tow dollars original glazed donuts through the app. Pulled up to the window and the person working at the window said one dozen cost 1600 and stated it had to say 2 x to get the other dozen I paid for. If I bout two with that premonition wouldn't I receive 4 dozen? FYI the price of 1 dozen donuts is 1499. Would like to be refunded my 1.01 plus tax or get the other dozen donuts i purchased. Donuts were hot and excellent so 3 start

The amount of times I’ve walked into the lobby to be ignored by multiple people, is insane. It gives the vibe that they don’t want to be there doing their job. I try to avoid Krispy Kreme as much as possible for this reason. And it’s even worse if you’re a food delivery person!

I come to this location about once a month . It's always decent. What's the chances today that I would get stale donuts and spoiled milk. That was an unpleasant shock driving in the car on the way to work, chugging rotten milk.
