The crust of the pizza is very good. The toppings are good. The sauce to the pizza was a sweet tomato basil base. It was good but didn't have a lot of flavor. They have a golf simulator there that seems pretty interesting but I didn't play because I was in flip flops.
I always order for take-out so I can't honestly comment on the atmosphere, but the food and service are always great. Love that Ledo is here in Wilmington...started loving Ledo when I lived in the D.C. area.....Wish there was one here in Leland. I eat Ledo Pizza like candy!
Being from the Chicago area originally, we have been disappointed in many pizza restaurants in NC. Although Ledo is different from Chicago style pizza, we have come to love the uniqueness of this Maryland-style pizza. The thin, flaky crust and the sweetness to their sauce have kept us coming back and even bringing our relatives from Chicago here....and they are equally impressed! We love to get the Hot Honey with sausage, and always request that it be cooked 'well done'....it's...
