I was sent wrong order and called back and told i would have to pay for my order. I asked to speak to the manager and the woman Missy laughed when i asked for the manager and hung up on me. Not once but 3 times. Called the next day and was hung up on again.
Also my card was charged 3 times and Wells Fargo sent me a email to let me know ASAP. When we called again the same woman who said her name is Missy hung up on me again.
TERRIBLE AND RUDE SERVICE! Driver was NICE though. YOUR lousy establishment does not reflect on her; she did her job!
NO Stars given! Order nearly 40.00 worth of food. This is what we got. 2 sesame chicken and chicken lo mein and a pint of soup with tip no egg roll or fried rice. They had someone take the order over the phone who sounded very young and I’m ok with that...no problem.
