Our group of 8 requested a round table and Manna delivered! Our server, Joe, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made excellent suggestions and was friendly without being intrusive. We all thought he was terrific. The food was absolutely fantastic. From the bread, to the oysters, to our main dishes, all were delectable. There were many oohs and aahs at our table! This entire dining experience was memorable and top notch!
Cody was our server and he was great! We love this place and come as often as we can!
Excellent meal, great service. Would recommend.
Amazing place! Food was fresh and service was quick. Will be coming back.
Amazing service, incredible food.
Wow. Just wow!!! The food, the service, the wine, everything was amazing. You know it’s a good spot when you want to lick the bottom of every bowl!! Erick was super helpful and friendly, and you could really taste how much thought was put into each dish. Wish I could give this place more than five stars!
Go here!!!!
oh my manna is a new favorite for us. we got the mezcal drinks to start and they were delicious. the mezcal doesn’t hit you in the face and the drink wasn’t overly sweet. perfectly balanced!
we started with the oyster which might have been the star on the show. we got the NC crab dish with cream corn. the crab tasted super fresh and light. we also got the zucchini bread pudding which was essentially a version of biscuits and gravy but 10x better. the sauce was so flavorful and reminded me of a vodka sauce.
for entrees we got the pork chop and 1/2 chicken. the peach combo with the charred flavor of the pork was 10/10. the chicken had a BBQ raspberry type sauce and the pickles and pickled onions took it to the next level.
every single dish we had was PACKED with flavor. service was fantastic and the atmosphere was super cute. this is now a wilmington staple for us!
Tucked into the heart of downtown Wilmington, Manna offers an elevated dining experience that blends local pride with refined, eclectic charm. Housed in a century-old brick building—once home to a telecommunications company—the restaurant spills over into an adjacent venue with live music, creating a dynamic atmosphere rooted in history and creativity.
Inside, the space is warm and sophisticated, with exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and a striking green granite-topped bar that sets the tone for what’s to come. Their cocktail program is daring, handcrafted, and unapologetically bold—featuring clever names like *Mama Tried* and *World Traveler*. Even the mocktails get their moment under the banner “They’re right here, Jim.” The wine list is extensive, and if you're a fan, it’s worth asking about their wine club.
The menu changes regularly and reflects what's fresh and in season, with a strong focus on local ingredients. During my visit, the offerings included North Carolina oysters, crab cuts, swordfish, pork chops, and free-range organic chicken, plus fresh local vegetable options—all elevated with creative touches.
I ordered the nightly plate special: fried chicken served over potato salad with a red cabbage slaw. The slaw had just the right balance of tart and sweet, and the chicken was outstanding—crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside, with a perfectly seasoned coating. Easily one of the best pieces of fried chicken I’ve had in a long time.
Service was top-tier from the moment I walked in—professional, friendly, and exactly what you hope for in a restaurant of this caliber. Manna is the real deal. Everything is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and deeply rooted in the region. If you’re after real food, real drinks, and a dining experience that honors both creativity and hospitality, this place nails it.
Skip the main courses and order a bunch of small plates. For my friend and I, we ordered 5 small plates plus 3 oysters each. It was more than enough and everything was amazing. Especially the oysters!
Top notch dining experience. The service and food is impeccable. Cocktails are elevated, changing menu is inventive, and no expense spares in the details. Never miss an opportunity to try one their sorbets, I’ve had many, and the watermelon is a delight for the senses. The chilled spoon for dessert sent me over the edge!
Well done! I’d give 7 Stars if I could!

Limited selections on menu. Upscale dinning. Menu changes daily. They don't offer changes of selections on menu. A bit over priced.

Loved it! From start to finish what a great experience. We were there for their special event, beggars can't be choosers. We tried the 5 course menu and the beef tenderloin. The star were their oysters with the onion sorbet. How unique and fun and some of the best I've had! Loved the uniqueness of the dishes including the Cesar salad that was made of cabbage. The beef tenderloin was the most tender meat I have ever had. Will definitely return!

This is the best restaurant in Wilmington, NC. This place has received the 4 Diamond rating from AAA for the last decade. The food was amazing!! The bartender Fred was amazing and he self curated everything on the drink menu, he even made his own Negroni that was absolutely perfect!! I highly recommend this place!!!

My family and I dined in on Tuesday to celebrate a birthday, and this was by far the best restaurant experience we have had in Wilmington since moving here a year ago. Ian was our server, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially helpful in regards to my indecisiveness because there were just too many great options on the menu, we wanted to try them all! We are not wine drinkers but his suggestions for cocktails were perfect for us and our meals. The whole staff seemed very welcoming and the environment was perfect to celebrate.
