Store #13382Wrightsboro locationBeen 5 times in the past 2 weeks and told it was cash only. Spare you the terrible customer service story but called McAndersons explaining the situation and how rude the female employee was. Still waiting on a return phone call. I can see the poor customer service starts at the top so I shouldn't expect much/any apology or response. I'll travel out of my way to another location but only because my 3 year old daughter has to have her happy meal. Ronald McDonald would roll over in his grave if he knew this was how his employees, specifically management, treat their customers. Truly pathetic.

McDonalds 2541 castle hayne road.You never can buy a milkshake at this location. Their machines for making milkshakes are always broken.I have tried four different times.

As a full time Dashers, we have encountered so many problems with MULTIPLE locations in this city. We refuse to take orders from Market Street now because of the attitudes and issues in that store. So many of the employees in this town treat Door Dash and other delivery services like they are inconveniencing your staff. But, we are working to give YOUR customers a good experience. The people who order for delivery are choosing YOUR restaurant...for a premium...and they deserve their food hot, fresh, and correct just as much as the customer sitting in the drive thru. If your employees are constantly treating Dashers (and the orders they deliver) like garbage...drivers will decline the orders and customers will be waiting EVEN longer for McD's. If that happens frequently...they're going to choose other restaurants that will be delivered faster. Delivery persons are just trying to serve YOUR customer so why not try to work together to get their meals to them quickly and without an attitude?As a customer of McDonald's, I am finding that I chose your company less and less frequently for my personal meals because of these issues. I grew up loving McDonald's, but every bad experience I have with your company makes me less likely to choose your business to spend my money with.As a former QSR supervisor, I am appalled at the level of service and quality that we see on a daily basis within your locations. I know that staffing is an issue...but you guys need to get back to focusing on the customer...whether they are drive thru, dine-on, or delivery. They ALL matter.

Went in during Christmas and asked if I could photo a smiling happy employee for a Christmas scavenger hunt and Manager on duty was rude and said no photos of smiling faces. Food was terrible

The worst McDonald’s at Gordon & Market. Food was cold, even after asking it to be freshly cooked ….and waited. Fries were cold and sandwiches warm at best…sloppily made.Needs ZERO stars….

The Gordon Rd and Market Street location not only got order wrong, but asked me to circle back around building for the 3rd time, when no one was waiting in drive-thru, as if it was a game. The mgr spoke to me rudely and as I left window she was screaming out profanities, with children in my car. Needless to see our family will not return, and I suggest someone get her under control. That is NOT mgr behavior. 9/11/21 at 5:35pm.
