My review WAS SO BAD for this location, the owner must have removed COMMENTS & PHOTOS.. Nasty Location, Rude Management {Bo}, does not honor promotional items. Never got a response back from McDonald's. Maybe McDonalds Corp needs to take this Location back over also. Keep removing the people's reviews, the people will keep posting.. Even sent an Email. The worst McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. Iâve come here three times and not once have I had a good experience. I was picking up a DoorDash order and the worker at the window made us sit in the drive-thru line even though the lobby door was locked before closing time. After waiting about 10 minutes, she told us that the order had already been picked up and that there was nothing they could do. When I contacted the customer, they said this was the third time their order had supposedly been âstolen,â and I had to cancel it because the system wouldnât let me proceed. I then tried to pick up a second order, which only had numbers instead of a name, and when I read the first three digits to the worker she gave attitude, said a random name that didnât match anything on my screen, and slammed the window. She eventually handed us an order and insisted it was correct, but it clearly wasnât the same order ID. When I said it wasnât right, she argued with me and refused to check. I ended up having to deliver the wrong order and explain the situation to the customer. The orders werenât being stolen the workers were repeatedly handing out the wrong ones.

Barbara had a bad attitude and wanted to keep talking over a customer. D had an attitude and was telling people to go to another store location to order. I will never go back to that location and I will not allow my employees to go to that location with my credit card. Not to mention I waited 25 min for food absolutely disgusting with that location

Donât come here unless you want to hear them whine about being short staffed just like every other business currently, get cold food, or to get the worst customer service ever and get yelled at by managers for them misunderstanding your order. Garbage establishment with even worse service.

Iâm absolutely disgusted and I donât think Iâm ever eating at a McDonalds ever again. I went to go get some food around 9:30 last night, waited for about 15 mins for my food, and once I got home with it I found a little surprise in the bag. I have no idea or clue how this could ever end up in someoneâs bag of food. Itâs absolutely disgusting and someone needs to do a review with this McDonalds from corporate or something. When I came back up to the store to get a refund and new food, the lady that handed me my food was laughing about it, saying she has no idea how that happened and apologized. Granted I still got new food and a refund but I still donât think this was a laughing matter.

I am disgusted, I was in the drive through as the car infront of me was handed my order I watched them eat some of my fries then hand the food back because they realized it wasnât theirs then when I got to the window I was given the same food with the half eaten fries, gross. I ended up throwing them out because I donât want to eat fries some already ate a good chunk out of. That and the last time I went to this location they couldnât make a part of my meal witch is okay but when I asked for a refund for that part of the meal they refused and only ended up giving me the fries for the meal missing the drink and sandwich
My food got stolen through uber eats 3 separate times and their phone line is busy so i canât call them to discuss the situation

every time i come here the staff are incredibly rude and negative. they never approach you with kindness like a service worker is supposed to. bathrooms are always disgusting as well. i do not reccomend coming here unless you want someone to yell at you because of a misunderstanding over a drink.

If i could give no stars i would.. i was doordashing it was about 11 pm people were still in the lobby one door was locked so we tried the other door where one of the workers inside let us in because we had a doordash order. We proceeded to wait for the order, but as we got it the man threw the bag at us and started pushing us out of the lobby asking how we got in or who let us in making a big deal about saying we were lying about it and Proceeded to cuss at us until we got into the car and drove off with the order and he was still yelling as i was driving away..for why he caused this scene i am unsure but it was unprofessional and very un called for i was just doing my job and it appeared it was an issue he had to still do his too there was no need for attitude and rudeness. in my opinion he should be terminated from these actions i wish i got a name to call them out but unfortunately that was the least of my concern at the time. Do better be kind you dont know what people are going through everyday.
