Went through the drive through to get a Big Mac no lettuce and to try and get a 5 doller value meal but with the a spicy mchicken no lettuce and chess got to window and asked I it was the 5 meal that came with 4 pc nugget fry and drink she said no it not the spicy. She went in to check the food the window was still open and I could hear the employee complaining cuz it was busy and they don’t care . Before she had went to check the food I had asked to switch to the regular mchicken meal deal and was told no your total is 5.54$.

This particular location has a bad habit of messing up orders. We ordered from the big screens in the lobby. It prints a receipt for you right there. I check that receipt to make sure it's correct. It is. Yet, the food in the bags, while similar, is not what we ordered. The printed tags they put on the food doesn't match the receipt. How does "no onion, extra pickles" become "light ketchup, light pickles"? Order at your own peril and double check your food before you leave. And they had run out of Pokemon toys for the happy meals. So when my kids opened the Pokemon branded box with the Pokemon branded apple slices, they received a Mario kart crap toy. The Pokemon meal was why we were there. We were going to do burger king but the Pokemon swayed us. That's a sign of bad management. It may be at the store level or it may be at the district level, but someone screwed the pooch.

The lady at the cash register would not help my cousin understand how to use her McDonald’s app and then was rude to my other friend just trying to tell her what his problem was
Every time I come here to pick up a DoorDash order after 1am and it has any kind of icecream on the order conveniently the order is no where to be found. There was a man in front of me who picked up two DoorDash orders and he got his perfectly fine. The lady is always rude that worked tonight and I’m just not bothering with picking up orders from this location anymore.

I got the new $5 bag, which come with your choice of a double cheeseburger or McChicken, a four-piece nugget, a small french fry and a drink. The food was alright. I also got a small m&m McFlurry, and after I already paid is when they tell me that their mixer is broken so all they did was pour m&M's on top of vanilla ice cream. Definitely would not have ordered it.

Extremely disappointed to hear my wife was denied her mobile order through drive-thru and was told she had to come inside to get it with an infant. After waiting 10 minutes, was told the order had been ready for a while. Terrible customer service, disrespectful attitudes & dirty facility, this location has all 3!
