I didn’t even get my order because the place is fully automated and no employee makes eye contact with you. You just feel like you’re being intentionally ignored. I placed my order on the big giant screen and then the receipt paper was out. So I waited amongst a crowd of others, for about 5 minutes and I decided it wasn’t worth it. Took my money and left. What a disgrace. The employee who did help someone acted like she did not want to help at all.
I would find something else!

This location really is hit or miss. Unfortunately a 'hit' is still kinda meh, while a miss is just embarrassing. I go to this one perhaps once a week or every other week, and whether I use the app or their own kiosk, I select dine in. 80% of the time I get a bag tossed up on the pick up shelf, which if I'm not paying attention (normally sitting at a table with a number plaque that they have when you're waiting to get food brought to the table) I won't notice because they don't usually call out orders. The one time my order was called out (for dine in) they actually called out the table number, with the order in a to go bag....? Not a huge deal but pretty blatant. Not making a blanket statement here, but clearly a number of the staff really just do not care about their job, consistently. Typically the food is spot on for what you'd expect from McDonalds, and the 'no shred' option for the Big Mac I always get is always accurate so that's something. Oh, and best not ask for a refill, it's really inconvenient for them and you WILL wait for it. All of that said, I'll continue to be a patron here, the location is convenient and food comes out decent often enough.

Food tasted fine and service was good, but 30 minutes later I had the worst stomach pain in my life. Ordered chicken nuggets, double cheeseburgers, and a large drink. I've since eaten at other locations and haven't had the feeling my stomach would explode

If you’re a delivery driver, make sure you don’t let them know what order you’re waiting on after standing there for 10 minutes for a quarter pounder, the heavy set lady with tattoos will give you major attitude. 0 customer service skills

Though the burgers occasionally deliver great flavor, I have observed a notable inconsistency in their overall quality. Some are juicy and bursting with taste, while others fall flat. Furthermore, the fries tend to lack freshness; there have been instances when they arrive at the table lukewarm and lacking the delightful crispness one would hope for. It might be beneficial for the kitchen to prioritize a more uniform standard in preparing both the burgers and fries to enhance the dining experience.

Food is a 4 because...it's McDonald's, the food is what the food is. It was annoying that they definitely got caramel all over the side of the coffee and didn't even attempt to wipe it off or anything.
Service is a 1 because we could hear the workers joking and messing around but they definitely weren't coming out of the kitchen area and wiping tables off or bringing food to tables...there was 1 worker we saw bring food to tables, but the others would just holler your number.
Atmosphere was a 2 because everything was dirty, the bathroom was a mess, all the tables had food crumbs all over, there are no infant changing tables in either bathroom, but again, it's McDonald's so I wasn't expecting a fine dining experience, I guess I just expected a little more.
It was very not busy when we went, 3pm on a Sunday.

Whoever is on drive-thru shouldn't have such a short attitude, they should also learn how to ring things up correctly and not act like they know everything.. I order a sausage and cheese biscuit but get charged almost double for a sausage egg and cheese.. they are different buttons and way different costs! Lose the attitude and find humbleness

Asked for sausage and cheese Mcmuffin, ofcourse It's burnt and has a nasty egg on it . I get this almost every morning. My wife gets a biscuit . Hers had an old piece of lettuce stuck to the side of her biscuit. That tells me yall dodnt clean up last night. . . The people who "run" this place need to be fired . How embarrassing that you can't even do the smallest task at this job . Smh

Made moble order this morning at 10:20 had order number when I left home had order number before I left home when I got to restaurant and had to use their wifi my order couldn't be found. Could tell app I was there or anything Management couldn't of would not offer a solution so went home .I got on my wifi and order and order number was there so I verified order again and told order was prepared went back to get order well when I got to store the I'm her option working and told I couldn't get my order again. Understand it was after breakfast hour by this time. I have ordered like this several times so I know I had it right! And was at store at 10:35 the first time. I just hope they put money back on my card for their sake I have a good attorney just itching for something like this. Hate to sue for 8$ but they will !!! Well it's been a short time and not this locations falt but Corp these a holes not only messed order previously and charged for ordered but due to cost gave a bacon egg and cheese instead of steak egg and cheese due to cost and again took advantage of a 90 year old and will be dealt with DJT WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE
