Most of the employees are very helpful, others not so much. They act like they dont want to be there. Ordering at the register seems to be a long wait at times, especially when you are in a hurry in the morning, there is no sense of urgency, (phones, socializing, etc). Also im not sure what the policy is on gloves being worn when dealing with food, but not everyone wears them i have notoced when preparing food. Other than that it is clean and my order is always correct.

Drive thru order. Fish sandwich was not made as ordered. Large fry was half full. Was given a small drink instead of a large that came with the combo. Management, please refresh your staff on completing orders successfully and adequately. We pay good money to grab something to eat after a long day at work; it's disappointing.

It's McDonald's- so that's what I expect. This particular store has a great sanitation rating & the food is usually really good. I don't expect restaurant service from a fast food restaurant. But, of all the McDonald's locally this one is more likely to get your order right and deliver what you expect. That's why it gets 5 stars.
