This is one of the best McDonald's that I have been to! Fast service friendly employees and Manager. Food is always hot and fresh. Restaurant is very clean. Employees are very neat and clean looking. I am not afraid to eat the food from here but I refuse to eat at some other McDonald's and other fast food restaurants because of the caliber and neatness of employees at some of the other fast food restaurants!

Food is usually good, inside the store is clean on the occasions I go inside. The caramel iced coffees are a coin flip: either perfect or watered down. Sometimes they forget my fries, which now cost too much to forget.

Went to the McDonald's at Porters Neck so we could get the Grinch socks on December 5th and they were out of stock. Disappointed that they did not have enough stock to last more than 3 days. Decided to go ahead and eat since we were there, and here is where the review really starts. You would think that since you have to order your food at a kiosk that the service would be better. So sorry the girl with the big fluffy false eyelashes had to come to work today. She walked up slid the tray of food on the table, turned and walked away. No smile, no your welcome when we said thank you, didn't take the table number tent, just left it on the table and walked away. And this was after waiting like 20 minutes to get the food. Fry cooker beeped the whole time, which explains why the fries were overcooked. Our daughter went and ordered an Oreo McFlurry and instead of mixing the Oreo into the ice cream, they just dumped it on top. The Apple pie box needs to be changed to Caution Cold, because the pies were actually cool. We would have take them back, but we figured that since we asked for double fries in place of apple slices in the happy meals that we must have pissed off the girl with the fluffy eyelashes. Probably our last time coming to this one.

Missing items upon leaving the location. Went back to get them, got given the wrong items and had to go back once again to finally get the right things. By that time my fries were cold and cardboard. Won't be back to the this location. I'll drive the extra few miles to the other one. ✌🏻

On Sunday Aug 17th, I went through the drive thru gave my rewards number and then TRIED to give my order, I don't know if she was having problems with her headset or whatever but after trying to give my order three times I was practically yelling to make my order and so was speaking slowly so they could get my order. The person taking the drive thru orders was RUDE! You don't have to talk like that to me! (Apparently I do because you didn't hear me the first three times) So I said forget it and drove off (went to Dunkin Donuts). Then saw $2.56 charge pending on my card. Gave it a couple days to drop off pending and it CLEARED!! So I called and spoke to a manager there did not get her name, now I wish I did because she was even more RUDE than the person in drive thru. Kept asking me what happened and then cutting me off when I tried to tell her what happened. Told me she is tired of people calling and putting the them down. I told her maybe $2.56 isn't a lot for her but I am not one that can afford to just give money away.
I have stopped at this McDonald's SEVERAL times because it is on my way to work. But I can tell you right now I will NEVER stop there again.
If I could give no stars I would but to give a review you have to.

You are a multi-million dollar corporation pay someone to run the front register and stay there why are you ignoring guests because the person was running the register has to help make the food that doesn't make any sense then when you make my order wrong I can't get anyone to talk to to get the order made right overall just terrible experience not what I expect from a company that claims to be of quality. Because I could never get anyone to fix or correct my order I just left it on the counter and had to leave because my lunch break was over and I had to return to work with no lunch.

Went in for breakfast today around 630 and the GM on duty was just rude and disrespectful. The way she talks to customers and employees is just disgusting. This is a constant problem in this store. Me and my family won’t be coming back until something is done about this. No manager should be allowed to talk to customers or employees like this!

This is our absolute favorite McDonald's!! The people that work at this particular location go above and beyond every time we come here. I have to pass up two other locations just to get to this one and I always do because NONE of the other ones ever get my husband or my coffees correct and I just have to toss them out. They always get everything right and they are smiling and getting you off to a great start for the day. We really appreciate that team at 6860 market st. They all deserve a raise on the morning shift even the ones we don't see because there is no i in team. Keep up the amazing work down there guys.

Horrible old food , yay they gave me food that's been sitting in a bag for a day . Thanks mcds always know how to surprise me and make me late for work , horrible manager sharice needs to be fired!
Pulled into the drive-thru .Sat for 3 minutes till order was taken.There was 1 car ahead of me.I ordered and sat in the car for 13 minutes behind the only other car in-front of me.Both waiting for our orders.I pulled off and called the establishment.The person that answered the phone told me that “I didn’t have patience.”Crazy.No patience after waiting 16 minutes,with only I car ahead of me,and that person still not receiving their order?
Mind you,this is 3pm in the middle of the afternoon.
Not breakfast,lunch or dinner time.

I shot down the road to the McDonalds in Odgen.3 minutes.From ordering to receiving my order.McDonalds in Porters Neck needs to clean house.Look at the previous reviews.
I promise you,you will be able to travel to the McDonalds in Odgen,back and forth countless times and still be back before you ever receive anything from the Porters Neck McDonalds.

This is the worst McDonald’s location and that’s a dang shame because they’re in the perfect location to be wonderful. They make you pull up and wait almost every time but the order is NEVER right and they NEVER give sauces
40 mins to get our food from ordering inside . 1 car in drive through. Only cared about DoorDash orders. While I was explaining why upset the lady goes “ well the food is fresh “ that’s not my problem. My problem is you are serving all the ppl that are ordering on their asses and not even in the restaurant…. The manager was nice and listened . DO BETTER if you wanna get paid so much .
Came here to use points for a meal because as we all know times are hard one of the lovely ladies brought my meal to me and to a person behind me and one of the workers (Elthia) was screaming at the worker to come back and stop chit chatting with the customers part of customer service is to speak to the customers! No one deserves to be yelled at in a public space for doing their job!
