Pulled into the drive-thru .Sat for 3 minutes till order was taken.There was 1 car ahead of me.I ordered and sat in the car for 13 minutes behind the only other car in-front of me.Both waiting for our orders.I pulled off and called the establishment.The person that answered the phone told me that “I didn’t have patience.”Crazy.No patience after waiting 16 minutes,with only I car ahead of me,and that person still not receiving their order? Mind you,this is 3pm in the middle of the afternoon. Not breakfast,lunch or dinner time. Fast Food? LOL🤣 I shot down the road to the McDonalds in Odgen.3 minutes.From ordering to receiving my order.McDonalds in Porters Neck needs to clean house.Look at the previous reviews. I promise you,you will be able to travel to the McDonalds in Odgen,back and forth countless times and still be back before you ever receive anything from the Porters Neck McDonalds. -0 stars if I could

40 mins to get our food from ordering inside . 1 car in drive through. Only cared about DoorDash orders. While I was explaining why upset the lady goes “ well the food is fresh “ that’s not my problem. My problem is you are serving all the ppl that are ordering on their asses and not even in the restaurant…. The manager was nice and listened . DO BETTER if you wanna get paid so much .

Came here to use points for a meal because as we all know times are hard one of the lovely ladies brought my meal to me and to a person behind me and one of the workers (Elthia) was screaming at the worker to come back and stop chit chatting with the customers part of customer service is to speak to the customers! No one deserves to be yelled at in a public space for doing their job!

Nice facility. Spotlessly clean and convenient. That's about the best point of this visit. Got two Quarter Pounders and a small ($1.00) soft drink. Ordered at the kiosk like McAnderson's locations expect you to nowadays, a rediculous holdover from the pandemic. The elderly associate at the register couldn't quite figure out my two large sandwiches for the price of one coupon distributed by the McAnderson's franchise. Finally helped her figure out what was going on while the shift manager was mopping the floor. Both of the Dr. Pepper and Diet Dr. Pepper dispensers only dispensed foam. When the Quarter Pounders arrived, they were dried out and at no point in their existence were anywhere close to a Quarter Pound. No wonder the McAnderson's franchise has to flood the market with coupons. No return visit for this long time McDonald's fan. Sorry. The store was clean and attractively decorated, but the positive experience stopped right there

The General Manager of this restaurant has clearly chosen the wrong career path . Her customer service skills and the way she talks is horrifying to say the least . The food and service has a lot to be desired . There’s a reason McDonald’s is always discounting the food . Go around the corner to Chick -Fi-A doesn’t discount they don’t need to . Great Customer Service . Please send this Manager over there for some training because lord knows she needs it !

NO COFFEE, JUST CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE AND WHIPPED CREAM LIKE. IF YOU WERE TRYING TO BE Funny YOU MADE YOUR POINT, unless u didn't get the memo it's called drizzle not dumped the WHOLE can I'm my cup. I through the whole thing away. Thank you for wasting my pionts that I earned. This place is SOO SORRY!!!!

The McDonald’s at Porter’s Neck in Wilmington, NC, is easily one of my favorite locations in the area. The staff here is consistently friendly, creating a welcoming experience every time. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, which makes dining in a pleasure.
Service is impressively quick, whether you’re grabbing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As for the food, it’s exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s—classic and consistent.
If you’re in the area and craving McDonald’s, this location is a great choice!

Fries were hot and fresh. I paid extra for bacon on a burger and it was never added. Luckily I received napkins due to the condiment grenade in the burger box. I attempted to call multiple times with no answer before leaving this review.
