I have placed a water to get it sausage egg McMuffin combo I didn't look in my bag until I will way down the street come to find out that they put the wrong thing in my bag which was Canadian ham I don't have an issue with eating the Canadian ham but that's not what I asked for they just need to make sure that they've given the correct people what they ask for other than that I don't have no issue with McDonald's.

I love this McDonalds because it’s the one that reminds me of the one closest to my home. It’s also the best in Wilmington. They never get my order wrong and supply me with more than enough condiments. There’s also a middle aged lady who remembers my name and always on the move to help customers and staff it seems. I don’t know her name, but I believe she’s a manager. Her and others also seem to treat regulars nicely by starting up conversation. Most have a smile on their face. It’s honestly not typical of other McDonald’s locations in Wilmington, which is why this is the best! :)

Recently went to this McDonald's and ended up having 3 transactions on my card and I only made 2 transactions. Seems like I paid for a employee to eat. I tried calling to talk to a manager and she told me to wait for a refund The next day and if not to call again, when I called the next day, they told me they weren't going to help me. And that I lied about talking to a manager. So for the first time ever, I decide, i'm calling corporate. I told a lady about what happened and she told me I was supposed to get a call or something from the owner of the store to get a refund and I never heard anything it was never taken care of. I work every single day. Me and my wife, but work both jobs and barely have money. So I really don't appreciate my debit card being used without my knowledge

Service is terrible at night. On the 25th of October my wife and I stood at the counter as employees ignored us as well as other customers. Resulting in loosing tree customers. And might add my Wife and I have been going there for 20 years.

Krystal/crystal was very rude she came from behind the counter and was yelling at me because I asked for a water cup and tried to put soda in it I wasn’t feeling a way I would’ve been like ok i understand but she came yelling first response very unprofessional

I have frequently visited this McDonalds and it is hit and miss for service and quality of getting order correct. I took my grandsons there Wed Oct 2d 2024 & it was an all time low. Inside service was practically non existent. I tried the kiosk and very difficult and time consuming trying to input special orders right. I went to the counter and nobody would even Acknowledge I was there. After asking a person they said use the kiosk very directly. To get service I had to get us all back in the car and drive through the drive thru window to get my food and then bring it inside. Nobody was friendly in taking my order , paying for my order and even after coming in again to dine. It did not appear the number of employees was the problem. Very disappointing- think some supervision and retraining needs to be done. Terrible experience.

This location has a 50-something or older white woman manager on staff sometimes who is horrible at customer service as other people have said. I have had minor problems with apps or coupons and they had been decent about resolving it. She is not, she is horrible. I will not go back because she is uncaring and offensive in dealing with anything that does not go smoothly with the app. There is a Gordon Road and Market location where they don't have horrible managers just five minutes away. Don't go here drive a couple miles to Gordon Road and Market, or Eastwood and Oleander. I will never go back.
