Quick .. efficient….. under cooked Mc Rib & fries. Once my favorite, maybe from another McDonald’s.. even the onions were about as hard as the McRib was.. also noticed a totally different crew tonight McDonald’s there’s you some food for thought

Well, they seemed nice, BUT;
1st waited about 10mins before we could actually Make the order. Then once paid, $20 for 2 sandwiches, large fry and one tea, we were told to pull into a parking spot, the 4th out of a group of 5 for the wait...
We sat and waited for over 15 minutes while there appeared to be no one being even served indoors. A couple cars did get their food and make it through behind us, leaving us 5. Once a couple of us did get leave a couple more cars did get pulled in with us. This whole wait I was worried twice that people leaving were going to hit my car as tight as all the spaces were...
Once OUR food did finally come out we were just happy to see it, because it had been over 15 minutes. We realized after getting the bag, and left alone quickly, that there were NO Napkins for the McRib and NO Ketchup for the Large Fries! Luckily we did have some napkins in the glovebox because the solid McRib had smaller McRib pieces underneath it. Those pieces did like to run for the edges, Where You Do Need NAPKINS!!! Unfortunately this is the 2nd crappy McE-D's I've had to deal with this week...
To Sum it All Up, Prepare for the Wait for Your $20 Meal for Two!!!

I have been coming to this particular McDonald’s for years. Recently, they have been really slacking. The customer service is AWFUL! The food takes forever to get! They make you pull up for anything! Even a damn hash brown! No smiles or “have a nice day!” Even the manager was rude to me! I really hope someone in corporate monitors these reviews.

I ordered a medium fry and a large soda and it took around 15-20 minutes to get my food, place is completely short staffed and terrible service. Worst of all at the bottom of my fries was a dead bug and turns out the “burnt spots” or at least I thought they were, they were the legs of that bug.

Surreal experience, never seen anything like this. Waited in drive through line almost 10 mins without a word from the speaker box, no one in front of me in line, after having asked a passing employee to alert someone inside about 5 mins into the wait. Still nothing, so my young daughter and I parked and walked inside, only to wait an additional 20+ mins for a single happy meal. I never leave bad reviews, but this shit was crazy, there was a full staff in the back laughing and cussing with a dining room full of angry customers waiting. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, it's rare to see a place operating like this. I probably wouldn't have even said anything but we were in a hurry with a sick family member waiting on us in town, which is why we stopped for "fast" food in the first place. Idk what else to say, damn. Do better.

Only 1 person running both drive up order station, took 10 min to order. 5 cars waiting at curb side to get food. Ordered a #3 with a large Dr pepper. Got a medium. Ordered a large Frappuccino without whip, got whip. Who is managing this place? Poor service. Now the only reason I am posting this...... this is NOT uncommon for this location. You really need to take a hard look at your management. Let me know if there is someone I can speak with.

Two days later. 5 cars waiting for food a curb side again. Ordered double fish, got a single. Ordered another Frappuccino with no whip, got whip. Then when I requested another Frappuccino WITHOUT whip and showed my receipt... they gave me attitude. Saw two employees taking food out to the cars who had to stop and check thier phones before back inside, even though customers are backed up. Again..... who is managing this place.

McDonald's needs no introduction, budget friendly food. I can't say my food is always prepared correctly, but McDonald's will always make it right and that is the definition of good service.

The staff is very rude don't even acknowledge you

Waited almost 10 mins just to order at register then lasy that came over had headset on seemed kinda rude very unkind and rushing

Seems it's under new management I believe I seen this lady B4 at monkey junction location

I went back counter to ask for ketchup it was like they all ignoring

An employee walked by I tried talking to em they continued to walk totally ignoring me it was a short white male little heavy set with glasses on

I then had to ask an employee that's was moping he actually went over got me the ketchup

I don't know what's happened this location use to be one of better ones

They diffedently need be management and to hire unhappy people

Never again.
I asked for FRESH nuggets, they weren't even warm. And tasted like a old corn flakes. I ordered a FRESH burger, no pickle. No onion. had extra everything on it. Luckily the manager asked questions. She was the best part of my wasted lunch.
