I paid for my food but no receipt given, I asked for my receipt to be told they could not give me a receipt because the machine was broken. So I said you can take my money but not provide a receipt. This is bad business, you pay for something, you expect a receipt. Just poor business, do better

Iāve had a few times in the last couple weeks where I order off the app and then they tell me itās only doordash and I canāt get my money back for a couple hours. Maybe donāt allow online orders and app orders if Iām going to drive there and not be able to get my food and then I donāt have the money to run over to Taco Bell because I canāt get my money back for a couple hours. This is unacceptable. I work in Food Service so Iāve literally never left a bad review in my life about a place but Iām extremely hungry and had only a couple dollars left until I get paid and now I canāt eat because I placed this order that they say they canāt give me for some unknown reason and I canāt get the money back for a couple hours. I will end this complaint by saying the food is usually up to par and the service has almost always been good but please whoever is running this place. TURN OFF APP AND ONLINE ORDERS IF YOUāRE ONLY ACCEPTING DOORDASH DRIVERS. Some people are poor and hungry and want to be able to eat without you taking our money and not giving it back for a few hours.

I came in the other day and made a purchase of $10.19. I handed the cashier a $20 bill and .19 cents. All she handed me back was my receipt. I didn't realize until I got back in the car and my father asked for his $10 he was supposed to get back. I went back in the store and got a manager and told her what happened. We went back and forth for almost 20 minutes until she finally agreed to give me the $10 she owed me. Moral of the story this is not the first time they have tried to shortchanged me. Watch out or you might be next.
