The lady the worked the window this morning needs to be moved to a position in the store where she doesn't have to interact with customers ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It never fails everyone time we go they mess up our order. They don’t double check what they’re handing you. They don’t call your order back out to you. They rudely hurry you at the pick up window so you can’t check your bag before you pull off. When you go inside to try and correct it (because they won’t let you check at the window) it takes 15+ minutes and they act like you inconvenienced them! This place is awful. I’ve probably been three times in hopes that it can’t be worse than last time… man do they prove you wrong

This is my favorite McD’s in Wilmington. Every time I come here I get quick service (even when there’s a line at the drive thru - they are super fast) and the employees are always so kind. After going today I thought back and I’ve never had a bad experience, in fact I have had a handful of times where I’ve left there and actually called my husband to tell him how nice they were to me because that is unfortunately rare nowadays. You guys keep up the great work!!!
