The drive path and parking lot is terrible. They have gotten my order wrong several times and the poor service people always act completely overwhelmed even when there is not many people or cars at the store.

Normally this McDonald's employees are fantastic but this experience was so disappointing! I was in the bathroom when I witnessed an employee use the bathroom and not wash their hands. I went to the front to speak with her quietly and privately to remind her to wash her hands. She was angry loud and animated, yelled at me calling me names. Obviously at that point the supervisor got involved. The employee then flipped me off as she washed her hands at one of the sinks in the front area. The supervisor called the manager who told her to send the employee home. The employee then came over and swore at me and sat near me and continued to harass me until her ride picked her up. I had ordered a breakfast to eat there and had my morning completely interrupted by this reaction to something that should have easily been remedied by the employee the second I mentioned it to her.

Disorganized, understaffed, food cold, service was slow. I only go bc my kid likes it- but they prioritize the Drive-thru over 4 different customers waiting inside!

Theres never ever any sweet tea in dinning room. you have to wait in line forever to place your order inside and then when thay finally give you your cup you go over to fill it up and the tea container is all ways empty. then you have to stand in line another 20 minutes. its ridiculous. if yall dont want people coming inside then shut down the inside don't just ignore people. everyone says all yalll care about is the drive thru. New and remodeled! Now you can't even see the employees because they walled in the whole kitchen to avoid eye contact so they don't have to take your order. The kiosks are slow or broken, never any receipt paper. What's your order #? Who knows! It's a game. No drink machine because they don't want to employe anyone to work to clean the dining room or offer refills, so of course the dining room is filthy and full of crackheads. But hey it's 2024 let's be inclusive. And let's do this all while the food costs $10+ for a garbage meal, that's usually wrong. Can't blame anyone but the brand because companies like chick-fil-a make fast food work. And the drive thru is somehow always wrapped around the building with big backs who are too obese to even get out of there car, but why blame em, who wants to experience that dining room. Just get your calories and go.
Parking: Good luck on parking because half of them are for the imaginary mobile orders.
Gave someone else completely different order, which was essentially inedible to me. More bizarre, they got my wife's food in the same order right, only mine was ruined.
