I have used the drive thru several times, but i have to repeat my order 5 times every time 4 at the speaker, once at the pay window and my order is always wrong at pick up window!. Quality of food is Definitely not up to McDonald's standards. Will only use in emergency again..

I can see why this place has a low rating. Rude employees, drive through window looks dirty constantly and they have gotten my order wrong multiple times. Today this encounter is what really bothered me. I pulled up to the kiosk to order and waited over 5 minutes with no answer. Another driver pulled up beside at the second kiosk and got an instant reply. There were no cars in front of me before hand no sign for an out of order kiosk. Tired of this place getting away with being downright disrespectful and the staff needs to be looked at. Horrible place, definately needs a revamp.

Waited in the line to order for more than 20 minutes. Received our order after getting to the drive-up window and still after waiting in the drive thru window had to wait and additional 25 minutes. After we got our food we had to go back into the restaurant because they forgot a 10 pc nugget in our order.
Tonight, my wife picked up a cheeseburger to bring home... It was raw. Raw meat, but seared brown on the outside... And grease squirted out of it. Absolutely gross. Basically as if it was fried in deep oil so only the outside would be brown.

i go to this store often and i must say its a 50/50 store some times you get good service but your order gets messed up or vise versa lol its kinda crazy but what got me was when i came in tonight and got me and my husband some drinks and a fry to share and i happen to look up and happen to see this

They always get my order right and my hashbrowns are always cooked perfect. I also come towards the tail end of breakfast like 10 on week days and 10:30 on weekends and I appreciate that the food is still consistent and that they are always nice despite me being there less than 30 mins before breakfast is over
