Excellent food, burgers made to order and very fresh, crispy tots. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can't believe we've waited so long to try the Mess Hall. We willbe back!

Disappointed in the slow service for food to arrive and the burger was very dry unlike other times I’ve had mess hall burgers they are normally juicy and flavorful. Not so much today and the tots were cold. They did bring fresh ones but wait was strange since others got their food much quicker

Food was good. Good service comes with a smile, the young guy behind the counter has yet to adopt that attitude so far though. It makes sense most of the breakfast orders were online to-go orders, those customers barely had to interact with him. This place is missing revenue by not training their staff

Their burgers are by far top notch.. Deff best smash burgers I've had. Spent about $50 for 3 meals and a side. The amount of tots they give is enough to take home and eat after munchies kick in...

Burgers were very flavorful and not very greasy. The potato rolls held up well and captured the sauce and patty juices so the last few bites were so good!!! I love tater tots and mine were fried just right. Hot, crunchy and not too oily.
I have to say these were the best smash burgers I’ve had in ILM so far.
