I never have any complaints at all about this place. The food is good. The service is good and the atmosphere is great! Every now and then it gets a little too busy for my taste but it's always worth the wait.

Great fast casual burger joint with friendly service! I usually go for the McWhat? Burger with a fried chicken patty on top, wife gets the Vegan Smash Burger, both come with tots, so that's win as well. Nice outdoor seating. Def recommend.

My wife and I checked out Mess Hall for a date night as we were passing through Wilmington on a Friday evening. Great smash burgers. We had the Samburger and the Old Fashioned. We love a simple menu with variety of options. Plus, you can never go wrong with a place that serves tots. We would definitely visit again when we're in town.
