Took 2.5 hours to receive my food. Ordered at 6 pm didn’t receive until 8:30 pm. Food was cold as if it had been sitting since I ordered at 6 pm. If you want your food delivered for dinner time. Order it at noon for asap delivery. That way your kids can eat and get to bed in time.

Their pizza is very tasty but.......between a calzone and a Stromboli it's the same thing. Both look like a calzone. That's a rip off. Antonio's has a great Stromboli . Not these guys. Won't order that again.

Food was so good! Got two large one pepperoni and one everything. The garlic knots are so big and delicious. We just moved to Wilmington a few months ago and this will be our local go to spot for pizza!

This is not a review based on the food service. I just quit from my position as a cashier due to the extremely poor management with one specific manger. She was disorganized and often unprofessional, making it a very stressful environment. There was a major lack of communication, and it was clear that I as an employee was not valued there. If you’re looking for a respectful and well-managed workplace do not work here. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars.

The pizza is good when it is fresh, but if you want a slice you will get dry pizza. I asked for a special slice and I was denied that slice. I stated that the one on the bottom looked dry but he would not give me, the customer, the slice I wanted. I paid for a dry slice once befor and was very unhappy, but did not want to cause a scene. I left the store without purchasing a slice of pizza. What happened to pleasing the customer?

Not great service and got my food order home and it was wrong called but nobody answered the phone.

They go light on the toppings

They don’t read instructions for orders, legitimately put well done pizza in two different places and got a raw pizza. I’ll drive to Brooklyn from now on.

I think it is the best lasagna in Wilmington. The pizza tasted pretty good too.

Wry good food service people it’s all on point just like eating in NY food was the best I’ve had in nc in a while love it wld definitely recommend to everyone that likes pizza and subs just the right amount of everything

Please let your customers know if the online ordering is closed for a specific location. We ordered from the Carolina Beach location, as we have done before, and went to pick it up and told that the online orders for that location were closed and we had to go to the other location 20 minutes away. *Editing after picking up....at first they couldn't find my order and said this happens a lot but after a little looking they found it and gave me my calzone in a paper bag...I have never had a pizza item in a paper bag. The food is good but I will probably not be ordering again after this experience unfortunately.
