All of our guests loved the food. We received multiple compliments. We had plates at the wedding but barley touched anything lol. We had their food at a friend’s wedding and immediately knew we would be booking them for ours. Unfortunately we lost out to-go plates the caterer made for us and we unable to try anything. (Coordinator gave them to a guest and they were misplaced ) Maybe we will cater for our 1yr anniversary so we can have everything lol. We would definitely recommend them.

They catered our Christmas party at Best Western hotel in Leland North Carolina last night and OMG, that was some of the best barbecue I have ever had! The chicken was delicious, the mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans we're on point! And the brownies were to die for!

Our wedding guests raved about our food! Everything was delicious. Their marinated chicken and the prime rib are mouth watering. There were tons of leftovers which they boxed up and sent home with us. Highly recommend!!!

The MOI staff showed up, worked hard and wrapped up the evening with perfectly packaged to go boxes. Kudos to Shannon and Tao for managing multiple layers of food service with ultimate professionalism. The menu we selected was delicious with every dish and every bite right down to reheated beef that was as tender three days later as it was the evening of our daughter’s wedding. Guests raved about the fresh salads, the bacon wrapped scallops, crab stuffed mushrooms and my personal fav, the phyllo-wrapped Brie with raspberry sauce. Our goal, to meet the dietary needs of our guests, was an easy accommodation given the diverse options presented when planning our menu. Truly, a no stress vendor! The food was delicious as well!! The green beans, OMG! I really loved the menu that we chose, "The Southern Buffet" because we had a lot of variety. We also did the fruit and cheese platter for appetizers and that was PERFECT. The catering staff served me, the bride and my now, husband, which I loved. I also loved that you cut the cake at the end of the night and really enjoyed how the staff had separated out a to-go bag for us verses the rest of the leftovers. The process was so smooth and I will recommend 100% and use you again! Thank you so much!

MOI was, hands down, the perfect caterer for my wedding of 130 guests, a little over a week ago. CM let me customize the buffets how I wanted, which was by having all of my favorite foods. We had the Fiesta taco package (the street corn and churros!), a baked potato set up with ALL of the toppings, and wings with 3 different sauces for dinner. For cocktail hour we did the fruit and cheese display that was very beautiful, and after dinner we had the ice cream bar with toppings! Everything was a huge hit! The servers were amazing! The costs are reasonable and exactly what I expected, but the food and service were more than I could've asked for.

FANTASTIC choice for our wedding catering. Especially if you are looking for quality, abundant food at a good price- MOI is the one! CM Rogers was great and easy to get ahold of, even in the midst of busy wedding season. We had them do an Italian buffet for dinner and a fruit/cheese display for cocktail hour. The servers and staff were wonderful and SO attentive, they poured our champagne and cut the cake, and provided plasticware as part of our package! They even brought my new husband and me a plate from the buffet station so we didn’t have to go through the line. Recommend!
