The ambiance was very lackluster. They have a jukebox that you can pay to play songs on, so I selected three songs, all in Spanish. However, I was disappointed when the bartender skipped my Spanish song without any explanation or acknowledgment towards a paying customer. As a person of color in a predominantly white bar, I couldn't help but feel a sense of disrespect and disregard. Despite this, the service from Abby was excellent, but it's clear that the other bartender could benefit from more training on how to treat all paying customers equally.

This place I promise don't go if you're not a guy. The female bartenders only serve to guys and maybe a girl once in a while. I sat at the bar for 45 minutes in the middle and I didn't get a drink. I get it's busy but they saw me and didn't serve me and would purposefully skip girls. But they loved the guys they would blow kisses to them if they tipped a little. Get some male bartenders so us ladies can get a drink. Teach your girl bartenders how to run a bar and maybe we wouldn't hate it so much speaking for most of that ladies that were there tonight.

Food is always good! Service is lacking. The girls they hire have no clue how to properly manage the tables they have.
I use to stop here quite a bit for food and drinks. Haven't been in awhile. I'm not sure what changed rather it be on ownership or management but wow this place has went downhill. I'll start with the obvious as soon as we walked in, the sound system is awful. My iPhone has better quality speakers than the one tinny sounding speaker the jukebox had left working in it at full blast. We sit down at the bar and the bartenders friendly and attentive but we quickly realize almost every bottle of liquor has less than a full shot in it and they're out of simple things like captain. We order food and start looking around to see the place is filthy dirty. Dust caked all over the fans and ceiling to fall in peoples drinks and food. Bathrooms are dirtier and more rundown than a sketchy truck stop. Food finally comes out and the chicken quesadilla has some weird almost like chili sauce on it. Wasn't bad. Wasn't good, but edible. Place just gives off a sinking ship we don't care anymore vibe now. Probably the last time I'll ever stop in. I only gave two stars because our bartender was trying her best with what she has to work with.

Went to this restaurant to order food to go. After ordering my food I sat at the bar to order a drink. Seeing that I'm an African American and everyone in the establishment as well as the staff are all opposite of me I didn't think there would be an issue until I never got service at the bar. Eventually one of the bartenders came and said she'll be with me in a second, then she made someone else's drink then proceeded to go to another customer to take their drink order that just walked in after I've been sitting there for 10 minutes. Needless to say, if you're African American this place is not for us.

Blonde bar lady wouldn’t serve me for the first 45 minutes being here. I then went and friend once again and waited 1 hour to be told I didn’t not tip her enough so she won’t serve me. Awful.

Went in looking for a decent place to watch the carolina hurricanes game while working away from home. Out of the 15-20 tvs in the place they would only put the game on 1 TV at the bar. I ended up watching the hockey game ON MY PHONE. Food was not worth mentioning and the server girl spent more time on her phone than anything. They did sell me one of their beer glasses but will not be back and would not recommend.
