I have ordered delivery from this location every time I order Chinese food. I ordered from them a couple of days ago and after 3 hours and still no food I called and cancelled my order. I tried to order from them today and all of a sudden they don't deliver to my address any more. Very sad that they took it to a level it did not have to go to. It is a shame that they want to act so unprofessional. I will find a new location and they will not get any business from us again.

I ordered 4 entrees. When I got home 2 of the entrees were incorrect (I had specified no vegetables). When I called to have them fix their mistake they would only replace one because the other one had “only 4 pieces of broccoli” and refused to replace the entree. They admitted they made a mistake but refused to correct both. And for everyone who will say “just pick them out” wouldn’t you want what you paid for? If you order a rare steak and it comes out well done would you accept “it’s still a steak”. I triple checked my order before I submitted it because in one occasion I did forget to indicate no vegetables. But this was their mistake and they were very rude about it. Has anyone heard of food sensitivity or allergies? Horrible

The Teriyaki Beef & Scallops was Horrible & Tasteless. I always order from the Carolina Beach location only for this reason!! They transferred my order without my knowledge. What a waste of $40. I won't be returning to either location at this point. 0 stars given

Disappointed with the shrimp fried rice. Consisted of shrimp, yellow rice, peas and onion. Very bland.

SUPER disappointing. Ordered food and it took 2 HOURS to be delivered. Food wasn't even warm, drinks were spilled over in the bag and flat too and the delivery drivers excuse was that we were a far drive and he wasn't expecting it? We were within their delivery range. I will never order from this place again. So slack.

Ordered the Chicken Lo Mein and let me say it was fantastic. Some of the best Chinese food I've had here in wilmington. The entre portion is enough to feed 2 people. Definitely ordering more from them in the future!

the definition of chow mein is fried noodles with meat & vegetables. what i ended up receiving was meat & vegetables on top of what was supposed to be my side of fried rice. when we called about the mistake, the woman on the phone said “chow mein is meat mixed with vegetables & the vegetables are what makes it chow mein” which is absolutely not true whatsoever. this is the most americanized chinese place i’ve ever seen, do better sincerely.

I’m really sorry and maybe this is normal down here…but while I was waiting for my food a roach ran across the floor. I was polite and took my food but left it by the garbage can outside. All I could think of is roach legs and roach eggs in my food. I was really hoping for a good Chinese place.

After waiting two hours, I got the wrong food. Chow mein had NO noodles, just bland cabbage and carrots. Part of the order was missing (there was no maki roll). The bite I tried was beyond bland, as we're the dumplings. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place just did everything wrong.
