i always eat here for dinner and the customer service and food is great. decided to stop by for lunch with my mom and grandma. ordered a kids burrito like i always do and it was two bites big (blurry picture) and the size of a lemon. i ordered first and then when my mom and grandma tried to order a kids burrito too the middle aged man working at 12:40pm on 4/11 was very rude and told them they can’t have them unless they’re kids, even tho he gave me one? then they said oh okay we’ll take normal burritos then and he starts making them and my grandma says “oh i don’t want one that’s that big” and he very rudely says “welp that’s the only size we have.” and charged her extra for guacamole that she didn’t order. the young girl at the cash register was super kind sweet and helpful but i guess i’ll only be coming here for dinner from now on.

So I placed an order not realizing the pickup time was 11:30, I thought it was 10:30, I was stressed. Whomever the longer haired gentleman is that seems to run the store was an absolute GEM! I ordered Door Dash from this location. I ordered the kids burrito since it’s smaller it was even smaller than usual and SO spicy!!! No cheese or quacamole was inside either. It was horrible!Plus they did not add the salsa and chipotle cream sauce. I’ve been eating at Moe’s locations for 20 years and this is by far the worst! I regret ordering from them and should have tried a local Mexican restaurant. Wasted almost $15 and couldn’t even finish eating the spicy gross burrito. One unhappy customer. There goes my dinner. ?

The guys that served me were very stingy with the food. The young guy on the end actually "pinched up" for the lack of a better word the cheese to put on my steak bowl. When he put a teaspoon of rice on my bowl,I knew it was going to be tough to get a decent serving of food on my order. Come on guys, food is expensive at least give us our money's worth! Not a fan of stingy restaurants with high prices!
Never answer phone number. No way to leave a voicemail. If you accidently place a mobile order or have an issue with an order you picked up to go you will likely have to drive back out of your way because they won't answer the phone.
