Excellent service and staff!!!!! A++++++ The owner Jim makes you feel like you’re part of the family. The staff’s (Lydia and Medusa ) service was excellent. KT was onthe grill and his burgers were spot on cooked perfect. Keep up the great service and great tasting food guys. Way to go guys!!!!!

Placed an order online at 9:30pm, food was suppose to be ready at 10:18pm. Called a little before 11pm and was told they didn't even pay attention to my order! Told me it would be another 20 minutes for the food to be ready not even including delivery. Restaurant didn't really seem to care that my order was not taken care of and did not even offer to remedy the situation for our two hour wait! Needless to say we did not receive our food, first time trying to have food from this restaurant and will definitely be the last time.

Extremely slow service. Person behind the counter had to run all over doing every job as the management only had a single person working the entire front. It took well over ten minutes for the people in front of us to even place their order, since the one person working had to bus, bring food, get condiments, and work the register simultaneously.I would seriously recommend the management hire more people to work the front. The way it is now is just cruel to the workers.

Really wanted to like this place but was super disappointed! Paid $14 for a sandwich, waited nearly 30 minutes to get it, and when it came out, I was shocked to see how small it was for the price. For $14 per sandwich, I was expecting it to be much larger! Not only that, but the sandwiches were cold, dry, and super salty. They also did not even contain everything outlined on the menu. Overall, this was a really disappointing experience and an expensive mistake that I won’t make twice!
Twice now, i’ve checked their hours/called before driving (nobody answers btw) but the automated says they are open til a certain time. I drive there and both times now either they are closed or closing, tonight the closed sign was up (it was 9:30) and they are advertising on the phone open til midnight..tho mind you tho the door says til 11. Lots of conflicting info. Regardless, they were closed well before both times even tho the door was unlocked but once i proceeded inside, the employee said turned me away saying closed due to running out of product. I mean I get it is difficult to run a restaurant during covid but they need to get it together, fix all the conflicting business hour info online, on your phone and on your establishment to be the same or at least train staff to answer the phone to tell ppl they are closed when you KNOW the automated system says otherwise. Waste of my time and gas.

Came down to the beach for the weekend with my family from out of town . Wanted to check this place out . First off im big on sanitation grade . I usually only eat at 98 and higher there's was a 95 5 . For the price was not impressed at all. We took two bites and was done with the food . Looked good but wasnt . My daughter chicken tenders were not real chicken I told her to spit it out look like large mc Donald's nuggets. Burger was horrible m We spent $40 for nothing . Should have ate at mc donalds the owner bought the food out should have asked her what type of meat is this .
