I went today for a 45 minutes session in the salt cave. It is a gorgeous room with 12 infinity chairs. It was so relaxing and made me feel so refreshed. The owners are so nice and I loved the items they sell. This place is heavenly and I am so glad that it has come to Wilmington. I recommend this if you need to relax and aren't in the mood for a massage. And if you are, they have a room for that, too!

This is an incredible experience and a one-of-a-kind space within the cave. I’ve done a regular halotherapy session and sound healing with Roger Lockshier and both were phenomenal. Andrea and Morgan have created a true place for healing to occur, and I leave feeling grounded, purified, and relaxed. The cave itself is enchanting and inviting. Truly had become one of my favorite places to go to be quiet with myself.
