Customers are greeted with a smile and hello, with very friendly and great service. The place was spotless and clean. They have signature bowls or build your own bowls, and also smoothies. Bowls were overflowing, and everything is fresh, from the fruit to the nut butters. For chocolate fans, the cacao base is delicious. Nut butters were fresh ground, healthier, with no added oils. Nautical Bowls is the best place for healthy smoothie/protein bowls, offering fresh and healthy ingredients and different options. It is a great spot for a healthy and tasty treat when there is no time to prepare a meal.
