Our pick-up order was given to someone else, but they fixed a new one quickly. Unfortunately, they do not put salmon on their Philadelphia roll & my grandson was very disappointed. I’m not sure WHY they call it a Philadelphia roll.

Our family comes to nigori all the time and have been for years, always spoke highly of the place. After tonight we will never be back and will be sharing the way we were treated with friends. There was one small framed, Asian lady on the floor with short hair who did not speak good English, always able to work through that with no issues, I’m extremely patient and a clear communicator but this server was very rude, laughed at us and said my daughter could not order what she orders there every time and for years mainly because she wasn’t ordering directly off the menu with no edits. It seemed to be an issue of she just didn’t know how to put the order in (we had already worked through that with my sons sushi and I figured out how to order so she could put the order in) so after about 15 mins of discussing I politely asked if I could talk to another server. She laughed and said it was not a server issue. It was shocking how we were treated. The way she boldly stated sorry you can’t get that here and smirked at us. It was just me and my two kids, my kids have never seen a server treat someone that way! I finally after 20 mins of attempting my order decided to leave. I asked for our ticket for the drinks and waited and waited…. Finally with hungry kids I decided to just go. My daughter had gotten upset and it was just a bad situation. She chased me out into the parking lot to pay for drinks that we had not touched! So I came back in to pay the $4 and she stood there smiling at me and laughing and would not hand me the ticket. I asked if a manager was there and she and the other servers said there is no manager onsite…. It’s really sad, this was a place we have frequented for many years and now it’s off the list :-( don’t waste your time and money to be treated badly. I am unsure why we were treated like this. I’ve played it over and over in my head and can’t understand how anyone, especially someone in customer service, could get to that level of refusing to do their job and deception and still be employed.

Smells bad in restaurant, food is ok most of the time but there is one server who is very snarky and rude to customers. I was told it is the owner but hoping that isn’t true! We stopped going inside the restaurant due to that particular employee.

I get take out all the time with my girlfriend, we recently started going inside to dine in. The servers are so amazing and always helpful wherever they’re able. I do however feel bad for the people who treat them poorly. I witnessed some customers raging about very racially motivated things and find it pretty upsetting. They’re good, authentic food with kindhearted workers I will always support hard working people.

We have been enjoying their Susi and food dishes for three to four years and have always had an excellent meal. Prices are very reasonable compared to other Susi establishments.

50 dollars worth of sushi delivered and we can’t eat any of it. The rice is overly gummy and the fish isn’t even fish. They used one of those fake krab sticks for the Philly roll? Really disappointed.
