I work at the mall and I was relying on Nikki's to be my dinner. I came into the food court at 6:10 and the mall closes at 7. They let me stand there for a few minutes while they chatted to each other and then when I looked ready to order they told me they were closed. Ummm the mall closes at 7 and that is the posted closing hours online as well. My store is on the exterior part of the mall and I don't get to go home until 9:30, I was relying on Nikkis to be my dinner. This is super disappointing. Nikkis is the only food in the food court that I like but after this visit and the behavior from staff I don't even know if I want to come back.

Ordered online and our order was exorbitantly 25 min late!!! So from time of order to the time we received our food (totaling about 40$) was 50 minutes and this is not okay. If you don't value customers who order online don't offer the service.

I normally run into the mall to grab Sushi on my lunch hour every couple of weeks. I order the same thing (Angel Hair Roll) and Sama, the young lady that normally runs the register is already ringing in my order when she see me coming. She’s always so sweet and the fact that she sees many people throughout the week, it brings a smile to my heart to know that she remembers little old me! My food is always on point and the service is always great. This is definitely my go to place for sushi.

I am new to sushi and the nice girl at the register was so patient with me. She helped me with the menu and was very polite. I ended up getting 3 sushi rolls and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back !!

My first sushi experience in Wilmington! We ordered 4 different rolls - spicy tuna avocado roll, lava special roll, California roll, and dancing queen special roll. We both really enjoyed the dancing queen avocado roll. We DoorDashed this meal, so I can't speak to the service or ambiance, but it was a great night-in meal and we were both very pleased. Definitely recommend.

I ordered the 3 roll special for $17.95 which is probably the best delivery deal that you can get. When it arrived I was super excited to try their spicy tuna, salmon,cream cheese, scallion roll, and shrimp avocado and cream cheese. What I received was basically just cream cheese. There were several pieces of the shrimp roll that I had barely a smidgen of shrimp. I am not sure if it was because it was almost closing but the spicy tuna had a very strange taste. Something was off (almost bad). Like..I couldn't eat it bad. I don't think they meant to have it taste that way. The Kani salad had SO much tempura flakes. It was really watered down Kani and flakes. Not good at all. No wonder the rolls were so cheap. I have had some bites of rolls that other people ordered from here before, during the day, and it wasn't like this. The cali roll was fine. This was just a horrible experience tonight.

We got two kinds of sushi rolls (I even left a tip) and WE WERE TOLD WE WILL BE CALLED when order is ready but that NEVER HAPPENED. The woman who took our order placed a brown bag after 10 minutes on the side of the counter which we thought were for online pickup orders. She looked right at me and my husband as she placed it there but didn’t say anything. We waited until we couldn’t anymore. When we approached the counter, my husband turned the brown bag to us to see if there is any label and yes it was our order. There was no way for us to know it was ours as as the label was not facing the counter. If you hate your job, quit! Don’t be rude to customers!

Sushi is good and deals are good when they decided to ring them up as the deal. I bought some sushi during my lunch break and asked for 3 regular rolls and they decided not to ring them up as the 3 for $14. When I brought it to their attention they said the didn’t bc I didn’t ask for it like that. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.
