Had a punch card for a free cake with a certain amount of purchases. 2 punches away from the free one told they stopped the card program and switched to app only. No email was sent out in regard to this policy change. No longer a customer good cakes not worth the poor customer service.

Quaint place. Very friendly staff.

I recently visited store location to take advantage of Buy 1 Bundlet, Get 1 FREE promotion. I have always been a frequent customer who enjoys the different variety of flavors the bakery offers. Each time I would visit the nice cashiers would mark my punch card towards the goal of receiving a FREE bundlet or FREE Dozen Bundtinis which I was looking to redeem in the future. Unfortunately the employee did advise that they no longer stamp or accept the punch cards, which was disappointing due to the fact there was no prior email notifications (which I occasionally receive for other marketing purposes) of this change ending. This information would of been beneficial to loyal customers to avoid confusion in bakery. Proper communication is formal business practices to create an exceptional customer experience.

Came in on my birthday to get my free bundtlette and a 10 inch cake I ordered for my Mom's birthday. An employee asked to see my email. I held my phone up to show her & she took it upon herself to scroll and tap my screen and delete my email as if I was gonna come back to try and use it again. I don't know where her hands had been nor what kind of germs may have been on her hands. Please don't ever do that. It was rude and inappropriate. There are illnesses going around and I have small children that I don't want getting sick.

We came on a work trip and needed a birthday bundt while here! Alavia was super helpful and attentive. The lobby was busy but she was aware of all conversations being had and was able to suggest items that we had missed on our first trip in the store! Great service, she did an amazing job handling the rush and being a great employee!
