We had grand plans elsewhere, but a day in the car-shop rerouted us. They seated us quickly for a full house, immediately took our order, and began serving to each of our requirements. My wife said we should remember to come late in the future, because the soup gets to cook down - more ingredients than broth {and it was excellent}. We enjoyed the gnocchi, fagioli, and Tuscana. Never a problem with OG's breadsticks or salad!

It was pretty busy. However, our service was not good. The server took every chance to say he had a big table hes taking care of so it might take a while for anything. He was going to ask about modifications on my order, didnt come back with answers just served my meal without asking if i still wanted it. Entrees came out everyone ate a few bites and no one was impressed. No manager was on the floor, first time in a long time having dinner anywhere and a manager doesn't ask every table how their experience is going, but it's probably because they know the service was not good. But sure, prioritize a table with 8 loud teenagers over 2 adults. The place was kind of dirty and someone was screaming in the restroom and not one staff member went to check out why. I frequently do take out from OG but the food isnt even worth it any more.

The service was really poor. I had 3 kids with me and I had to ask for kids menus 3 times. My oldest wanted to play the game tic tac toe in the kids menu and I had to ask for crayons twice. We had gone for my nieces birthday and I asked the waiter to sing her happy birthday. He forgot and when we were finishing and paying I reminded him and they still didn't do anything. I guess they don't do cake and singing for birthdays anymore.

The food was excessively salty- bread sticks, soup, and even the salad. It was pretty bad. My family and I will not be returning.

Parking: They have so many parking spots reserved for pick up orders that you have to park in the lot behind the restaurant if they're busy.

My in-laws went for dinner about 12 hours ago. I gave service and atmosphere 3 stars because they came home happy and brought food for myself and the baby…. One star for food. Everyone has been violently ill all night long. My 2 year old hasn’t gone to sleep and it’s 6:30 am. The only person not sick is my husband; he had a salad. They will not go back, and I will never take anyone there.

There was an extremely loud group of 4 three tables from us. They were not considerate of any of the other diners. Mentioned to our waiter who agreed and said other diners were also not happy with the situation. As the loud table was ordering dessert, the manager finally came to our table and offered to move us but assured us that the loud ones would not be much longer. We gracefully declined since it would not be long. As I was signing the bill, the manager returned to our table to express regret…but was not convincing at all. As I am still signing our bill, the loud table finally left. As I expressed to the manager, she only came to our table, not to anyone else. She did not in any way take care of the situation. At no time was the loud table spoken to by any management or server to please be considerate of the other diners and quiet their tone. The manager Stephanie L Shaver only replied ok when I conveyed that I would be leaving a review.

Food was good, came here with misses and watched reels together while enjoying the food. Also came here to celebrate that the chiefs lost.

Ate here once last summer and was served pasta with hair in it. Was so grossed out I couldn’t eat anything else, only got an apology; no comp or anything. Fast forward to today, I decided to try giving a second chance since 6 months had passed. Was served a breadstick with mold. Again no comp or anything, just a whisper of an apology so no other customers would hear about this. Won’t be back

Loud! The food was not good. Horrible! The service was excellent! Never going back. There are too many local Italian restaurants that are cheaper and service way better food. Bye bye!

I used to love Olive Garden. I would visit one in another city once a month. I have not been in a while, and decided to celebrate an occasion here. I don’t know if this one is just worse than others or my memories are better than reality.

The grilled chicken was disgusting. My pasta was good, and the soup was excellent as always. I wish I could have had more than one bowl though, especially since I could not finish my entree.

I guess it wasn’t a bad experience, just really disappointing. I paid a full $30 for part of an entree, a bowl of soup, some breadsticks and water. I originally left a higher rating, but then the owner replied with an insincere copy/pasted response.

I wasn’t going to post a review until I was having a conversation with a colleague who shared a similar experience, and I felt the urge to speak up. Olive Garden is a staple in my home, and we go quite frequently. A week or so ago, my family and I went and we had an incredibly rude server, Jamie. Her apathetic attitude and coldness was so off putting that it was abundantly clear we weren’t welcome and that we were an inconvenience to her. Hopefully the next time we go, we will have a different server who does care about their customers.
