Went here today for lunch and the salad and bread was good but the food we got it felt like the pasta was made in a microwave, the steak was chewy, didn't have a proper knife to cut the steak with, they give you such small portions and the food is so expensive, this is not even a real Italian restaurant I won't be back!!

I'm out of town, so went out for a solo mea. Though I typically don't do chain restaurants when out of town, l decided to use a gift card that I've had for a while. I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Olivia. She was pleasant from the moment that I sat down. Great customer service. Quick turnaround on my salad and pasta entrees. I did ask for rigatoni (which was on the ticket that was entered), but it was made with ziti; not a bad option, but not what I asked for. I was able to sit and watch YouTube videos with my ear buds in and enjoy a good dinner. Olivia appropriately checked in with me. Overall, good experience.

I'm usually all for OG but this past Tuesday I went for my nephews birthday dinner and I must say my food was horrible! I got the Tour of Italy and it was a mess. For starters the lasagna was overcooked and burnt! The ricotta was like a paste it was so dried up. It was just in a big perfect block. It wasn't sliding as it usually does because it was so dry. The fettuccine alfredo had half a scoop of sauce which was much thicker than it usually is. And the parmesean chicken..... the edges of the chicken was super crusty. But the part the marinara sauce and cheese was on made it easier to eat. In all my years of goin to OG this was the absolute worse food I've ever saw. Why didn't I send it back you wonder? Because I'm 100% sure it would have been the same. 3 other people had lasagna and theirs was the same way and the other Tour of Italy was exactly like mine. It was probably their last pan for the night and wasnt right but they served it anyway. The waiters were awesome though!

This was the first time I went back since last year on my anniversary dinner with friends. The service this time was excellent. The Kitchen was a different story. They sent us noodles that were mushy, and our friend’s food had hard noodles where it sat under a heat lamp for so long. This place is absolutely the worst Olive Garden I have ever been to.

This Olive Garden is always a 10/10 but last night our experience was phenomenal because we met Hannah! She took the besttt care of us.. seriously can’t rave enough. Previously when I’ve ordered a special tea it’s not as sweet as I prefer.. she knocked it out of the park & delivered the best teas that have ever came out of OG. Great food but even better service. Ask for Hannah!! ❤️❤️
