If I could give zero stars that is what this restaurant would get from me. We went on a Sunday not very busy at all, it was 8:45 p.m. and the restaurant was mostly empty but we still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. After being seated it took forever for them to bring the drinks for the table. We ordered appetizers they came early. It was about a 30-minute wait on the food after appetizers were brought. Ordered chicken alfredo the Fried Chicken was burnt and very very hard. Some of the food was cold, the noodles were overcooked. there were no croutons in the salad. it was just horrible service all together. The wait staff was slow. we requested napkins and An Empty Glass and we had to ask four different times for both of these items that were never given. I had to personally walk to the bar to ask for a glass. Staff was trying to rush us out of the restaurant after we had to wait 45 minutes for the seat because they wanted to close on time at 10:00 p.m.. once received a bill they tried to overcharge us about $80 for salads that were included with a meal. this is the worst Olive Garden that I have ever been to. When we did try to order our food they were out of half of the stuff that everyone wanted to eat so we ended up having to order something no one wanted because they were out. Everyone else at my table are vegetarians so they couldn't even order what they wanted because they were out of the product. Just a very horrible experience. I will never return to this Olive Garden!!!

We went about 6 pm or so and our Server was "JOSHUA B" - let me begin by saying this man ABSOLUTELY exemplifies someone who enjoys his job. His attention to detail was without fail. He was courteous, friendly and made us feel like he VALUED us as guests. He checked on us frequently, ensuring we were taken care of despite it being very busy. He truly is a people person and it shows that he enjoys his job. We made a point to let the manager know we appreciated the quality service he provided. Highly recommend dining at this location, and will be going back, the food was fabulous, but 100% top notch customer service made the difference! Thank you to "Joshua B" for a great dining experience!!

I ordered a meal to go for my son and myself while on vacation. The food was amazing!! It was still warm when we made it back to our hotel. The service was top notch as well. I didn't even think to request condiments, but they were thoughtful enough to add ketchup for my son's fries.
