Simply incredible. Don’t go in with preconceived notions of what you’ll order. Go with the recommendations. Indescribable dishes. Many kudos to staff, and interior designer as well. Bravo!

Olivero is a gem on 3rd st. It’s charming, interesting and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating.I don’t drink and was pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful and fabulous mocktail they have called the “Refreshing 10”. It was so tasty and fun to drink.Food-wise we loved the smoked eggplant (I could have eaten another round…tip for non-anchovy lovers, the anchovy is light and adds a great balance to the dish), the Clam Spaghetti, the Fennel Sausage Bucatini, and Braised Rabbit Radiatori (all handmade in house and you can taste the difference). For desert we had the Basque butter caramel cheesecake that disappeared in less than 90 seconds - sooo good!Overall I felt this place was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our dinner and the vibes. Highly recommend for date night, special occasions and just because you want great food.Parking: Small parking lot available next to the restaurant- not many spots so leave time to find parking. Also there is 1 handicap parking spot there.

Had dinner there with a gift card and due to my fault miss tipped my waitress, Maddie. Called several times to correct my mistake only to be stiffed armed. Was told a manager would return my call, never received a call after multiple attempts. Very disappointed in their customer service. I will personally go back only to correct my mistake.

Ill start off by saying we will try this again on a week night to give it a fair assessment. We went with 7 people for someones bday. Its a cute place and the bar is pretty however it was really loud. I couldn't hear the waiter even describe the menu. Secondly several of us had issues with the food not being prepared correctly - very over cooked steak and another's was cold - not luke warm but cold. Very limited menu and wine list. Prob a bit over priced too. Wasn't impressed but will assume it was an off night for them.

Had dinner last night at Olivero. Overall the food was pretty great, atmosphere was awesome and our server was wonderful. The Beets small plate was absolutely spectacular.I would have given 5stars had we not seen 2 cooks eating what appeared to be their personal meals on the line… I was in the hospitality industry for a long time. With an open expo/kitchen concept like this it’s not appetizing watching cooks eat while preparing food.

Harder to book parties larger than 4 people on Friday or Saturday. Amazing food and atmosphere!

A wonderful dining experience!!!The atmosphere and lighting was incredible. The service was spot on. Their eye for details is so appreciated. After your appetizers, they take away all the plates & silverwear and wipe the table. To give all the entrees at once, several waiters will bring it so that every Tia served at the same time. The food is delicious and unique. Delicious coffee.Make a reservation. Go. Enjoy the experience. So glad you came to Castle St.

This is, by far, one of the best restaurants we’ve dined at in Wilmington. We went on a Tuesday evening as soon as they opened at 5pm to celebrate our anniversary. We were promptly seated at the bar but asked to be moved to a table as my husband doesn’t like sitting at bar. I orders drink called the “Daydream” and it was very tasty. We started with the Warm Date appetizer and it was so tasty! We both loved it. He ordered the Octopus Lasagna and I ordered the Ribeye. Both were very good. I ordered my steak rare and it was more like medium because it wasn’t very thick. It came with Chimichurri sauce which was excellent. The New Potatoes which came with the steak were the best potatoes I’ve ever had. They were tossed with some kind of cheese and had some roasted veggies sautees with them. We skipped dessert as we couldn’t eat anymore. The atmosphere and service was excellent. We will definitely return to this little gem in Wilmington.Parking: There is a small parking lot on the right side of restaurant as well as street parking.
