Great biscuits. Hearty omelets. Friendly servers. The space is small so expect to wait (outside) if you go on a weekend.
Great breakfast every visit.

Visiting the Wilmington area and stopped in for breakfast. This by far was the best omelet and experience ever. The staff were all friendly and definitely recommend the fluffiest omelet ever!
Excellent omelettes, cash only.
Fantastic breakfast spot, stopped on our way to the airport and couldn’t have been better, amazing food service fast and friendly. Will definitely be back!
Fluffy, yummy omelet. Staff was friendly. The diner was small and the booths are tiny. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for things other than omelets. Decent prices.
The omelet was the fluffiest I have ever had! The staff was extremely nice and personable. Location was very easy to get too. Very good prices.
A small place located on market street that offers a very good breakfast. My wife had the western omelette and I had the traditional 2 eggs, hash browns and sausage. Let me tell you the sausage was a little spicy and delicious. The hash browns were fresh, not frozen, and crispy. The ham on the omelette was pre grilled and lots of it. Highly recommended.
What a classic diner type breakfast restaurant. Not big. Not fancy. Good food and very nice staff. Cooked just like at home. Watched them cook our orders and they are generous on ingredients and fast in preparation. The 3 men cooking seemed to get along and work well together. Prices are a tiny bit higher than I expected but no more so than a chain restaurant down the street. I lived here over 30 years...why have I never been here?!?! We will come back.
We have driven by Goody Goody for over 40 years on our visits to Wrightsville Beach and I am ashamed to say this was our 1st visit. This little place with the orange roof is the type of throw back restaurant that we love to visit and the food was excellent. My country ham biscuit was as good as I have had, with a flaky texture, buttery, salty with the great lean ham. The bacon biscuit was also very good. My wife liked her vegetable omelet and toast and the small Orange Juice was at least 10z and only $2.25. Service was fabulous and we can't wait to visit the next time we are in town. Trip Advisor reviews are right on. Carry out business was non stop.

There was a line when we arrived, but worth the wait. Omelets were fluffy and packed with fixings. The exterior of the restaurant can be deceiving. The food is wonderful. Highly recommended.
This place has spoiled me for omelets anywhere else. They have the best I've ever had:big, puffy omelets and they don't skimp the fillings.
Goodys is an old time diner style restaurant, that’s open from 6 am to 1 or 2 pm, They have a typical menu for a breakfast and lunch diner. The thing that makes it such a great restaurant is that the food is OUTSTANDING. And I am not exaggerating at all. Every menu item is cooked perfectly and is always the same. Whether eggs, omelettes, pancakes, hamburgers, fries, etc. They are consistently wonderful. I challenge anyone to go there and then tell me they had a bad iitem. It does not happen. And...no I don’t own any of it, but I do eat there as often as I can., You will be glad you tried it and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Small venue, takes cash only... felt like being in a movie set. I had blueberry pancakes, though not how I would have them,.. found the pancake quite dry. OJ in polystyrene cup... Sorry, will pass by next time.
