Today was my first time trying it. We came from
Fayetteville and although this isn’t the only reason we came to Wilmington it was one of the main reasons we did. The food was absolutely delicious. I must admit it was quite busy when we got there and I was kind of shocked that after we were seated we had to walk up and place our order. That was different for me. However, I would do it all over again. The food was AMAZING. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I don’t even like cole slaw and almost ate all of mine. The Philly eggrolls were huge! I wasn’t expecting that. Prices are fair, staff were really friendly. Parking was a little hard but again worth the headache. Next time we come to Wilmington I’m definitely coming back. Hopefully I can catch the seafood egg rolls.

I found out about this place on TikTok and checked it out as i was leaving out today (8/29/25) It is a small place but they appeared to be expanding which is always great. but even with the cramped feel slightly, the atmosphere was great in my opinion. music may be too loud for some but i just vibed out. even the owner was in the kitchen singing as he prepared the food which i thought was cool and showed he truly loves what he does. the lady taking my order didnt have much of that same energy but i could look past it, some may not. the food was bomb. i had the “it takes two” with korean bbq flavor. and i loved it. i also loved the house sauce that came with the egg rolls, reminded me of a cheeseburger sauce. Next time i visit Wilmington, i will be sure to come back here again.

We drove two hours for a beach day and to finally try On Thyme. We placed a large order (about $100) and arrived around 11:15. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up our food, someone on a bike actually tried to grab our order, and the owners had to step in to help us get it back. Once we finally received the food, it was lukewarm and sitting in grease, which was disappointing given how excited we were to try them.
That said, we can tell the owners care and stepped up during a stressful situation. We do plan to give On Thyme another try in the future, hoping for a smoother experience and food that matches the hype we’ve heard about.

We stopped here on vacation and it was amazing! We all tried different things and everything was incredible, its decorated beautifully and everyone was so friendly. We will be coming back before we leave wilmington!

Just go order. Simple. The food was AMAZING.. Food was hot, juicy, seasoned to perfection and On Thyme! Fallon has the perfect set of staff -- you can tell customer satisfaction is what she aims for here. Coming from NYC where food is a big deal this place did it just right for me.
Hopefully on my next visit that alcohol license will be in effect so I can sit outside on the patio and unwind baybeee 💛
Heads up...get there before the rush. It gets pretty packed in this joint.

It's more than just food. It's a unique and fun experience. While everything we ate was great, the shrimp basket was over the top incredible! With the trip from Wisconsin again and again!

One of my favorite spots in Wilmington! You can’t miss with anything on the menu. Tried the salmon bites yesterday and I’m already ready to eat it again today!
