Checked in and was told a 30 minute wait. After about 40 minutes we went to see what was going on and were told by another customer that they aren’t taking any more customers because of kitchen issues and the door is locked. While it isn’t a problem that they couldn’t take anyone else, a little courtesy to tell the customers who are waiting would have been nice.

This was our third dining experience at OB. First time was superb, so the second was highly anticipated but fell short. We were kindly handed some gift cards so we went back last night for our third. We are thrilled to say it was back to the original high standard. Service was swift and the food was all really good. My only warning would be to guests ordering the Ahi tuna. It was delicious but it comes with an EXTREMELY HOT wasabi. I feel people (especially kids) should be warned! My nostrils were on FIRE! Otherwise a great dining experience. Thank you!

A Wonderful & First time here experience. Staff was very friendly, helpful, caring, Compassionate People. Very much loved them & My Server was Raven in the Bar top area was a delightful caring understandable person. Definitely a great experience overall there!!! :)

My experience today is what I can only describe as superb. Once we were sat, we were immediately able to place drink and app orders. Our waitress, Sophie, was so accommodating and was grabbing us items before we could even ask. Our order came out perfect even including sauces we had asked for when we places the order. The food and drinks were incredible quality, and the signature touches just really made the experience. A little koala on my drink, mozz sticks shaped like boomerangs, there’s even ice cold citrus water when you walk in and wait at the hostess stand. they truly thought of everything to maximize guest experience. The manager was so sweet and kept offering us extras to take home. 100/10 experience

The manager working today was extremely nice. I had an issue with my order and when I called in to get some assistance she handled it care. She was polite to me and I felt at ease knowing I didn't have to be combative to get to a solution. She also threw in a few treats for my children. I know that Outback did an outstanding job by hiring Cameron.

What happen to prime rib everyday Outback? The prime rib is the best thing on the menu. If you go on a Friday or Saturday order the prime rib.
