Husband and I were on a date night. Only 10 minute wait and they had nice refreshment drinks while waiting. Hostess was very friendly. Our server was Ken fantastic. Truly would go back and request him! The food was great and fast! Just when we thought the evening couldn’t go better, my husband left his wallet, and the hostess tried to catch us in the parking lot. By the time we got back, she had kept it safe. One of our favorite date nights! -Stephanie and Sean

Keep the bread coming it's always good! The appetizer fry was really salty. The portion of the pasta was kind of small for the price. Maybe just an off night for the kitchen.

I frequent this outback and tonight was my best experience by far. I tried the Brussels sprouts for the first time tonight, was blown away, and my steak was cooked perfectly as well. Our server Hannah J was amazing and super attentive. When we had a slight issue, Hannah J and the manager, Will, handled it amazingly. Highly recommend this outback.

I haven't been to this outback since the "incident" way back when they closed for a while. My wife wanted to go because she said they had good French onion soup so we went. The hostesses seemed clueless, deer in the headlights look, not really paying attention to the customers. The place was not very clean. Our waitress was fine, ordered the soup, which was good, and some apps that came out room temperature . Packed them in a to go box and skipped the entrée. I won't be going back.

I had a very good Outback Burger with the veggies as a side (they are made tasty with butter). Service was perfect. Restaurant was clean and moderately busy though there were plenty of tables available at 12:30. It's a good place for a sit-down lunch.

I had the lunch portion of chicken which was fine. Pretty basic but ok. The problem I have with this is why the drink isn’t included in the lunch special. It’s bad enough that the special is $12.99 but when you add a $4 drink, a $12 lunch turns into $18-20. The whole point of the lunch special is to make it special. Sadly nothing will change but just my opinion.

Complete and total catastrophic failure on all levels. A rubber screwdriver would function better than this place did as a restaurant. Do you feel like wasting $80 supporting a business that doesn't care about your experience? Go here.

First off, we were sat at a dirty table. Which the hostess knew because she just nonchalantly knocked around a few crums on the table trying to hide this fact. Which she failed at by wiping them in my lap. There were still plenty left on the table as well. We said something and she returned with two dry napkins and just moved them around a bit then left. She couldn't care less, she actually seemed annoyed we had an issue with it. How dare we ask her to do her job. She needs to get back to checking her social media at the hostess stand after all. The waitress had to wipe it down AGAIN!!!

The food was also horrible. What I have pictured cost me $50. Portions were small and not exactly delicious. The tuna was dry, steak was small and bitter, the coconut shimp tasted like boiled rubber and plastic. Then we had to send a steak back.

We spent $150 total. Very much not worth it. The restaurant culture, at least here, seems to not care and they don't have to. They know they can treat the majority of people however they want. Odds are folks would rather just pretend it was a good experience to save face in front of family, friends, and colleagues over making a scene. Because that would be being rude to one of the sacred saints of the service industry and you can't do that. Even if they completely failed at their job.

Tips used to be a reward now they are a guilt trip. Paying extra for this woefully dreadful evening was insult to injury. Even though the waitress wasn't the real issue, she actually was the only thing that wasn't the problem. The overall experience wasn't worth a single dime of my highly taxed earned income. Too bad she likely had to tip out the slack bus boy and wannabe tik tok star influencer hostess.

Its not unreasonable to judge this chain by this experience. I see no reason to return to any Outback Steakhouse in the future.
