P T's Olde Fashioned Grille

Go to Sam’s instead. I won’t ever visit this location due to poor customer service. I’m standing there with my order ready, next in line, and was completely ignored. Another customer walks in behind me, the employee with a beanie gives him a fist bump and asks what he can get for him. I’m literally standing right in front of him, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I walked out. No one there cares.

The best P.T.'s in the Cape Fear! Same circle-your-food menu, same great quality food, but best atmosphere -- plenty of room at the bar, a table, or outside the storefront! Great location too -- next to the fabulous Harris Teeter on Independence & Carolina Beach Road!

Best veggie/bean 🍔🍔 burgers.

It's just another burger place. The food was good. Staff were nice. The order was correct. Good place to eat.

I absolutely LOVE PT's grille. Their fries are practically to die for. (I suggest using honey mustard as the dipping sauce for the fries) I've lived in Wilmington for 28 years and still have never gotten tired of it. Good service and the prices are great as well. But one of my favorite things about it, is the way they take your order. They give you a little pad and pencil for you to circle exactly what you want and then give it to them. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Their food I s great . Workers are friendly and fast. I would recommend them. Hot dogs are huge. Not much more to add. Try it.

I think their food is good, however everytime we go when we're on vacation they screw up our order. Doesn't matter what location.

We’ve visited many of PT’s locations many, many times. The food reliably good at all places. The shop on Carolina Beach Rd recently opened. What we have found here is a bit different from other locations. The staff members nearly as friendly as other locations. They aren’t overtly rude, they just don’t seem to care. One other thing that brought down the atmosphere is their choice in channels on the TVs. Most were sports, weather or local news (which is fine) but one of them was a cable news broadcaster known for the political stuff we shouldn’t have to see while eating. If PT’s is trying to have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, they have missed the mark.

We love coming here! The food is always great! The employees are always so nice, especially to my kids and even provide coloring pages they can choose to have displayed, the kids love it!
