This place is no Joke. If you want great burger and super service. This place is for you. This place was swarming with workers making the best food and providing great service. The staff enjoyed working with each other. Open grill concept so you could see the team work- Food was excellent.

I just ordered chicken tenders that came with fries. The chicken tenders were very small, like leftovers from the day, and the fries were salty. I ordered them not overcooked because they always burn them or serve them too salty. I love your burgers; it’s a shame that this new location always serves the food poorly.

This is one of my go-to’s for takeout after work! I do want to give a special shoutout to their chef Brandon who, as I sat waiting for my food, was busting his butt the whole time and practically running the joint. The other two young employees I spoke with were very sweet as well. Overall this place is always a hit and I’m addicted to their fries 🤤

Go to Sam’s instead. I won’t ever visit this location due to poor customer service. I’m standing there with my order ready, next in line, and was completely ignored. Another customer walks in behind me, the employee with a beanie gives him a fist bump and asks what he can get for him. I’m literally standing right in front of him, no acknowledgement whatsoever. I walked out. No one there cares.

Always loved PT Grill but I found out I had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy and there grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad was a hit every time. To get extra protein, add a 2nd chicken patty and this meal NEVER impacted my blood sugar, it always stayed in range so I was eating there often lol actually I loved it so much I made sure this was my last meal on the way to the hospital to give birth!!! There team was so nice and even gifted me some coupons ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ it was such a relief to know I could enjoy my favorite meal without it impacting my health. Thank you so much team!!!! The baby and I will be back soon 🤣❤️😌
