Great hamberger place. Good food, great service.always packed but it all moves well and quick.

It's just another burger place. The food was good. Staff were nice. The order was correct. Good place to eat.

I think their food is good, however everytime we go when we're on vacation they screw up our order. Doesn't matter what location.

We’ve visited many of PT’s locations many, many times. The food reliably good at all places. The shop on Carolina Beach Rd recently opened. What we have found here is a bit different from other locations. The staff members nearly as friendly as other locations. They aren’t overtly rude, they just don’t seem to care. One other thing that brought down the atmosphere is their choice in channels on the TVs. Most were sports, weather or local news (which is fine) but one of them was a cable news broadcaster known for the political stuff we shouldn’t have to see while eating. If PT’s is trying to have a warm, welcoming atmosphere, they have missed the mark.

We love coming here! The food is always great! The employees are always so nice, especially to my kids and even provide coloring pages they can choose to have displayed, the kids love it!

We tried this location for the first time. Our burgers were good but the fries were not cook well mushy. I complained and they bought one order and we had 4 people all were cooked the same. There fries are why went went and if they can’t get them right well I just want be back.
