Such a great smell when you walk in!! The staff was very nice helpful and friendly.. we didn't know how it runs so sweet lady behind counter showed us how to fill out an individual order form and explained we pay at end! Lots of choices in burgers and hot fogs and other yummy stuff! We went to zoo just down street today and got super hungry there! This was a perfect location! I got pt burger and fries came out super hot and had great sprinkle of flavoring on them! The burger was right off grill and good sized! Delish!! Good to last bite!.. oh and if you want fresh air while you eat there's a nice seating outside too

Called ahead for pickup. Upon entering the location I let the front know I was there for a pickup order. Unfortunately I wasn't dating any of the workers so I didn't receive excellent service. I had to go back up and ask about my order and the response was they didn't realize we were there and I was asked if I had paid. A customer that had walked in after me had ordered had received his food and was eating. It wasn't busy and really no one cared. It is frustrating to be a loyal customer for a long time and have this type of service.

The food was fresh and made to order. I've had many items from the menu and everything I have had has been amazing. The turkey sandwich, chicken sandwich, veggie burger, salad & burger have all been great. However the lemonade isn't so fresh they squeeze a few lemons and mix it with this sugar water base that just sits in this giant pitcher, other than that I'd highly recommend

This place is somewhat hard to find, almost like a little hidden hole-in-the wall. But Geez....it's a Great place to eat!! Alot of local folks, especially frequented by a lot of New Hanover Regional Medical Center staff. My wife and I were lucky to have found it. It's definitely a recommended place to eat. The roast beef sandwich is Wonderful!!

Two stars and I am being generous. The food is mediocre at best and the staff are a joke.. Although we live just around the corner from this P.T.'s location, we drive all the way to the Military Cutoff location. The Hamburgers are always hot and delicious. The staff are the best.

Small menu, straightforward, and fast. Just a burger and fries place but it might be one of the best burgers I've ever had. Not a fan of the French fry seasoning though it was a little too strong and salty

TOTAL: $14.34 - Olde Fashioned Burger, plain, with fries & a lemonade SERVICE: Excellent. Right when I walked in the door, the person taking orders asked me what I'd have to drink & started getting it ready while I looked over the menu. Food was quick and hot, but not quick enough that you'd doubt it was made fresh. FOOD: The burger was solid, not the best I've ever had but for what's included, great for the price. Fries with house-made lemon pepper were so good & the lemonade was the best I've ever had! TRAVEL: ~8 mins. You never know how fries will travel, but I'm pleased to report that these still had some crispy crunch after a short drive! The best part of P.T.'s is that it feels like Wilmington, with those good-people, beach-afternoon vibes!
