Very rude window attendant. Her name on the receipt says Alexia C. I pulled up to speaker and was not greeted, just a “what can I get you” which should have been a red flag right there. I started to order a plate with double orange chicken and was told “we don’t have any orange chicken”. So I asked how long until fresh come up and she said four minutes. I told her that would be just fine. When I paid for my food I was asked to pull out front to wait on my food to be brought out which I did. The restaurant was not busy at all. I sat in my car and waited TWENTY MINUTES! I got out and walked in and up to the counter where you order and noticed a FULL pan of orange chicken! Alexia C then looks at me and starts fixing my plate. I didn’t say a single word, didn’t complain at all. She hands me my bag, no I am sorry for your wait and no smile just a very dry and emotionless “have a nice day”. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Panda Express. I am a frequent customer of this place and have never had to deal with something like this before. I sincerely hope they get employees trained properly that need it and prioritize urgency when they ask you to pull out of the drive through and wait for your order and have the decency to bring it to your car. Disappointed Panda!!!!

Did an online order last night for a family meal which comes with 3 entrees. 2 of the 3 were filled wrong but had the correct labels. If you order online check your order before going home, and well, good luck if you’re Door Dashing from this place.

I feel so bad for the DoorDash people, 4 in total. 3 of which had their time, money, and gas waisted. A month ago I ordered from panda express they got my order wrong no big deal it happens. Instead of two chow main I got fried rice. I don’t like fried rice why I submitted my order was wrong. Again not a big deal it happens. Fast forward to today i ordered panda express 3 drivers were unable to pick up my order. I then learned when you write a review on DoorDash for a store it’s not anonymous they see the name. Today I believe it was retaliation for my previous review because they made 3 dashers wait for my order which they never prepared. However when they changed the name to numbers on my order the 4th dasher was able to pick up my food without a problem. Very strange..

Worst food experience ever this was my first and last time eating here. Food was cold gave more beans instead of meat price is great but Food quality and taste w.as so dry .cold. could not get a refund or anything just terrible and I work in food service as a manager. Freaking pitiful
