We made it there before it closed. When we looked up online, it stated that Panda closed at 10:30pm. However in-dining closed at 10pm and onlynthe drive-thru stayed open till 10:30pm. So it was misleading as we tried to enter the restuarant but the doors were closed and a friendly associate came and told us that the drive-thru was the one that remained open till 10:30pm.
We got the last and bottom plate of whatever was available. The food could have been better. They were out of almost everything we asked for. So beggars can't be choosy and as we were desperate for some Panda, we bought what was available, Orange chicken and Kung Pao. However, the rice or chow-mein could have been better. They were too greasy. đ€š

Very rude window attendant. Her name on the receipt says Alexia C. I pulled up to speaker and was not greeted, just a âwhat can I get youâ which should have been a red flag right there. I started to order a plate with double orange chicken and was told âwe donât have any orange chickenâ. So I asked how long until fresh come up and she said four minutes. I told her that would be just fine. When I paid for my food I was asked to pull out front to wait on my food to be brought out which I did. The restaurant was not busy at all. I sat in my car and waited TWENTY MINUTES! I got out and walked in and up to the counter where you order and noticed a FULL pan of orange chicken! Alexia C then looks at me and starts fixing my plate. I didnât say a single word, didnât complain at all. She hands me my bag, no I am sorry for your wait and no smile just a very dry and emotionless âhave a nice dayâ. This is not the kind of service I expect from a Panda Express. I am a frequent customer of this place and have never had to deal with something like this before. I sincerely hope they get employees trained properly that need it and prioritize urgency when they ask you to pull out of the drive through and wait for your order and have the decency to bring it to your car. Disappointed Panda!!!!

Worst food ever. Ordered tonight and what a disappointment. Was expecting Chinese food. The vegetables were raw. And everything was cold. Never again.
I would never eat here wver again, i ordered the bigger plate and i got a plate that looks as if an 1 year old can eat it. Its sad and pathetic never again. Then when i t e y to call manager they dont wanna answer. Bet
