Hands down the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 sandwiches, an avacado one and a steak one. The avocado one was the size of a tennis ball. The steak one had about 8-10 pieces of shredded steak in it and the egg was dry and hard. It cost me $5 after a $10 gift card. I should have went to McDonald’s and got 2 steak egg and cheese bagels for $5. They would of been 10000 times better

Panera Bread has the same problem o. Many places in North Carolina. The restaurant needs more cleaning. The strategy of forcing online orders is losing the customer servicing face to face. And the orders are not coming with precision.. needs more attention from attendants.
It's soup season, and they have the best! Great sandwich menu, hot and cold. Orange cranberry bread to die for!!
Vegetarian options: They have a huge selection of salads.
Parking: ADA parking at the door. Right beside the mall, it's excellent overflow parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible! Easily managed space. Booths, half booths, and tables with chairs. Lovely outdoor patio area with tables as well.

I usually order from the app and pick up inside because I am usually running between meetings to grab a bite to eat. Well today, was a typical visit in every sense. This is the second time I have received expired yogurt and I’ve lost count of the number of times something was omitted from my sandwich. I’m done with paying for a lack of quality control especially with regard to food. Glad I noticed the yogurt before eating it. I’ve reached out to their customer service - I’ll await their reply. By the way - it’s Sunday, September 29th at 10:30am.

This Panera has really gone downhill in the last few months. Tuna sandwich had way more (wilted) lettuce than tuna. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Strawberry banana smoothie and cinnamon crunch bagel were good, but did not make the overall meal and its cost nearly worth it. I probably will not order again. :( Used to be one of my top go-to places I got excited about.

Always enjoying getting their tomato soup. One of my favorite things to get. Along with a sandwich. Tried their new chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Was very tasty. Will definitely order again. Also always try to get me a half gallon of their green tea. It is very delicious.
