Probably the worst experience when it comes to food delivery. I ordered from the Panera app for delivery on a Sunday evening. The order said delayed and it took exactly 2 hours to get to my house when I live 12 mins away. When we got the order we noticed they gave us the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen, so I try calling the restaurant. I attempted both the online order line and the manager line and got hung up on several times without talking to anyone. We reported it on the app and got some money back. Now I sit here 2 hours after ordering with 2 baguettes and a small soup and no one to explain the mix up to or get my correct order. Terrible!

What is going on with this location lately? The service has never really been that great but the last couple weeks, everytime I have ordered food here they take 20-30 minutes to get it ready. I totally understand when you are super busy and I’m very understanding, but it has been multiple times that during this, the staff has been very rude to multiple people waiting for their food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again anytime soon.

Foods good. Service is ok. Always out of orange cranberry muffins. They seem to replace them with something else and not tell you. Surprise when you get home. That's not good.
Hands down the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I ordered 2 sandwiches, an avacado one and a steak one. The avocado one was the size of a tennis ball. The steak one had about 8-10 pieces of shredded steak in it and the egg was dry and hard. It cost me $5 after a $10 gift card. I should have went to McDonald’s and got 2 steak egg and cheese bagels for $5. They would of been 10000 times better
