They allow thief’s to use stolen debit card information to order loads of food without verification. I didn’t order from you, and never have, but you allowed hundreds to be taken. Shame on you.

This was the first time I have ever ordered from Papa John’s. The wrong order was delivered to me. The delivery driver, who did not speak English, typed to me that he delivered my order to someone else. I called the Papa John’s on Oleander Dr in Wilmington, and attempted to explain the situation. I was rudely interrupted mid sentence and then talked down to. The individual whom answered the phone said they were short staffed and it’s not their fault that the wrong order was delivered and that it is not in their control the dialect the driver spoke. They then offered to refund me, which was fine. I am more disappointed in the lack of responsibility in the mistake and the lack of respect for their customers. I have literally never left a bad review before but this left me extremely aggravated.

The service is terrible 😡 I went to pick up a takeout order and it took more than half an hour as it had been a long time since the workers had ordered it, the workers were angry and talking and speaking badly about the customers. That was today around 7:30 p.m.

I had an excellent experience with this Papa John's location and can't relate to the negative reviews I've seen. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My pizza was delivered right on time, and it was fresh and hot. Everyone at my workplace who tried a slice was very pleased with the quality.

What major Pizza chain uses freaking door dash for delivery. I just got an alert my pizza is ready. But they have a driver heading up from Kure Beach to get it. ETA 35 mins. WTF. Doordash? Seriously? No one wants to wait an hour to get cold pizza. Never ever ever Will I order from papa John's again. That's a shame becuase they do have the best pizza. But the worst business practice. Horrible.

I wish I could give this store zero stars. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered a pizza online at 8:30pm. Order never arrived but online it said it was completed. Called and they said they would send another order out. Waited until 10:30 to call to check on the order... “Order has been completed”. No one delivered anything. We called to just get a refund because at this point we’re just tired of waiting, and the manager was extremely unprofessional. It was truly the most rude and unprofessional experience that I’ve ever had in my entire life. Please spend your money elsewhere. I truly don’t wish this experience on anyone.
