The create your own pizza deal is fantastic. I didn't know Papa John's had a thin crust option (it's been a minute since I ordered from PJ).

Went in to order a pizza just now and was told I had to order online or wait up to 15 minutes for him to simply take my order . No thanks. The very idea that I am the only one asking for a pizza and have to wait 15 minutes for him to turn around and take my order and ridiculous. Lost my service amas a customer. Not my problem you are the only one working. But to suggest I call and place an order instead u the person actually taking mine it screams customers dont matter .so I am going to Domino's pizza and will be from this point on . Do better Papa John's

I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza, the pizza had no buffalo sauce whatsoever. Also it just fell apart right when I pick it up and was cold. Worst pizza I’ve had in a while.

I went here last night 10/23/2025 at 8:15pm. Two workers were sitting outside on the ground on smoke break while I stood inside waiting on my order the guy came in never washed his hands walked straight to kneading dough for someone’s pizza. I immediately said something and every employee ignored me.

Absolutely horrendous customer service and don’t expect to get your full order delivered!!! Called when we didn’t get our 2-liter… (common mistake when it isn’t uber or DoorDash). Was told “ok well the driver made an honest mistake and when he gets back to the store we will send it. Told him not to, there’s no point in all that, can I just get a refund or credit for the soda… he proceeded to yell over me and then hung up. Called back, female answers, begins cussing at me and again hangs up. Absolutely mind-blown how hateful and miserable they can possibly be.

8-20 4:11 pm. The man working the counter was extremely rude. When I asked how long until my order would be ready he said “I don’t know” then I asked if he had a guestimate time?.. he sighed and said “I don’t know there’s one in front of you.” And sort of looked to the door and nodded as if I should leave. 3rd time I’ve had awful service here. Contacting corporate this time.

I had about a $400 order to place but the young man who answered and claimed to be one of the managers preferred to steer me to website instead of listening to what I needed and making an attempt to actually get the order. The combinations on the website did not fit my needs. Just dumb for no reason. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Good help is so hard to find. Get rid of him. He doesn't want to work and he's horrible for any production or bottom line metrics. This call took place at 241 pm on 8/20/25.

As a customer (and an Uber Eats driver), I am consistently disappointed with the level of customer service and the overall operation of this location. Many times the wait is over twenty minutes, the staff is rude or completely ignores the customers, and the cleanliness/hygiene of the staff is questionable.

Today, I stopped by to pick up a delivery and the employees refused to greet me. While waiting, I asked if there was a location for customers to discard a soda can I was carrying. He stated there was not. I asked if he could throw it away for me in the garbage that was a few feet behind the counter (literally just out of arms reach from me). He said “no, we cannot do that. It is against policy.” Shocked, I said that is very unusual for a food establishment to not have a trash for customers. He said “it’s not my problem”.

This is a consistent culture at this location and it would be beneficial for the future of this location to have new management and clean up the culture.

They allow thief’s to use stolen debit card information to order loads of food without verification. I didn’t order from you, and never have, but you allowed hundreds to be taken. Shame on you.

This was the first time I have ever ordered from Papa John’s. The wrong order was delivered to me. The delivery driver, who did not speak English, typed to me that he delivered my order to someone else. I called the Papa John’s on Oleander Dr in Wilmington, and attempted to explain the situation. I was rudely interrupted mid sentence and then talked down to. The individual whom answered the phone said they were short staffed and it’s not their fault that the wrong order was delivered and that it is not in their control the dialect the driver spoke. They then offered to refund me, which was fine. I am more disappointed in the lack of responsibility in the mistake and the lack of respect for their customers. I have literally never left a bad review before but this left me extremely aggravated.

The service is terrible 😡 I went to pick up a takeout order and it took more than half an hour as it had been a long time since the workers had ordered it, the workers were angry and talking and speaking badly about the customers.
That was today around 7:30 p.m.

I had an excellent experience with this Papa John's location and can't relate to the negative reviews I've seen. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My pizza was delivered right on time, and it was fresh and hot. Everyone at my workplace who tried a slice was very pleased with the quality.
