Dear Papa John, General Manager at this location, and your so called Manager LizYou have lost me as a customer. The manager Liz that you entrusted to represent your brand, to represent your core values to do the right thing and people first has FAILED. She has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ever and she is VERYUNPROFESSIONAL. A situation that could have been resolved with listening and understanding our concerns and plain kindness on her part was missed. She missed the opportunity to be a decent person. She instead chose to be nasty and hang up on me while I was talking. She told me it wasn't her problem and also told me I was acting like a child when I was talking to her. I know by the way she talked to me that she has probably done this to other customers as well. There is so much competition in the pizza world, that retaining a loyal customer should be your #1 focus but clearly Liz didn't get that memo. This location needs to do better!! Shame on you for hiring such a nasty person.

Ordered 3pizzas and wings for a birthday party for my 8yr old son. The pizzas were cut in different shapes and sizes. They didn't care just threw them in a box. After several calls I decided to go there. The service is trash. The manager Amy isn't any better than the pizza.She called the police because I wanted a refund. She said to me that corporate has my money all the while I was on the phone with corporate. They have her recorded and the employees just follow her lead this location will never get better

Horrible service from the manager. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, even though I had an email confirmation showing the address, the 3 pizzas ordered and paid for, the manager said she didn't have our order. I saw 3 pizzas on the shelf but didn't want to insult her intelligence by asking about them. She sent us to a different branch on Oleander Dr. but, of course, they didn't have the order. I returned, showed her (again) my email, and said she had to fulfill the order. Her response? "I don't have to do anything." Then another worker pulled the 3 pizzas off the shelf and confirmed they were mine. So they HAD received the order and cooked them! So now, after 30 minutes of haggling and the manager showing she couldn't care less, I finally had my cold pizzas. I complained to corporate who first offered a refund, then ghosted me, even though I presented the email, receipts, and pictures of the pizza. NO MORE PAPA JOHN'S FOR ME.

Customer service is very rude and honestly doesn’t care at this location I heard my neighbor get told off on the phone by an employee because they messed up and tryed to finesse around instead of being honest about it. I hope that women isn’t a manager because she was o so

We arrived for pick-up and the manager said it wasn't at that location. Even though I had the confirmation email, she insisted it was at a different location, and was indifferent that I'd paid for an order that I couldn't locate. We returned 15 min. later and I said the other location doesn't have the order, showed her the email and said they needed to fulfill the order. Her response? "I don't have to do anything." Then they looked on the shelf and the order was there, and had been when I first arrived. So, after going to 2 locations, 45 min. later I got my luke-warm pizza. Never again at this location.

This store has been struggling for years. We have tried to give it chance after chance. The food always arrives luke warm. The time to get your food is very inconsistent. Tonight's latest fiasco is that when the food did arrive it was half eaten and missing the main dish. The food was cold, not even luke warm. When we tried to call the store we were left on phone for over 30 minutes and we finally hung up to call a different store. We asked them what to do and they gave us guidance. Unfortunately, this is the typical service from this location. It is terrible and corporate needs to invest in it or shut it down. Highly do not recommend.

So expensive for delivery. $5 delivery fee on top of already higher pizza prices. Get a couple toppings and you're over $30 for a pizza. Better pizza available in town for less.

Called to order a delivery pizza tonight and received the wrong pizza. I called back to speak with a manager (Amy) at the store location and she immediately hung up on me, I called back again where I waited for over 20 minutes for Amy to answer the phone and when I politely explained that they sent me the wrong pizza she told me that she wasn’t going to do absolutely anything at all about the situation and for me to call corporate and abruptly hung the phone up on me!Amy was incredibly rude and disrespectful and has lost my family‘s business and definitely because of her actions. I will no longer be supporting any Papa John’s because apparently she has been working there with these Absurd comments and reviews for over six months that I can see from google without Papa John’s so much is taking any actions.

Call to order the Parmesan crust, pizza, got the wrong pizza and when I called back I spoke with Amy. I wasn’t halfway through my first sentence before she hung up on me. I called back and she immediately picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back again where I waited for over 30 minutes to get someone on the phone using my mothers phone and when I explained to her that I got the wrong pizza that I just simply wanted my money back she argued with me and told me that if I wanted my money back that I should feel free to contact corporate office and hung up the phone on me and my mother again! I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a pizza joint in my entire life! This lady is incredibly rude and needs to find herself a better suited job, unfortunately, Papa Johns is going to be the one taking the hit because of her, I will never be purchasing a pizza from Papa John’s on Oleander Drive again!

Horrible service. I called to make a special order over the phone to what I thought was the store. My special order was not fulfilled and I did not receive a call to ask if I wanted to change my order or cancel my order. When it was delivered I called back and found the call center is managed out of tje Country and the employees aren’t given the company policy in regards to special orders and what is and isn’t allowed. The manager stated she didn’t have to fulfill my my request or call me to let me know she wasn’t fulfilling it. This was unacceptable. I should have at least been called & told a change was made. I requested a contact number for cooperate and the manager was upset at my request and hung up without providing the information. I was stuck with food I couldn’t eat. I will never recommend this PAPA John’s to anyone.
