Terrible customer service. The employees here are rude and disrespectful. They will hang up on you if you try and make a complaint. The service is subpar, and they need to reevaluate their staff.

My mother, a repeat customer placed an order online that offers free delivery when an order is over $25. The manager KENZIE did not honor what the website stated and was adamant about charging a delivery fee. During this conversation KENZIE was very disrespectful , aggressive and agitated. Thanks for telling me to spell your name right !!!
Dirty, pizza maker not wearing a hat. Ordered car side delivery, never brought it out. Had to go in and get it, even though I tipped. Was told it "just came out" even though the tracker said it was ready 15 minutes prior.

We haven't ordered Papa Johns in quite sometime. Today, it was exactly what we wanted. It was hot, arrived faster than the tracker, and the young man Jake, was very polite. Excellent service.

The Papa John's on Oleander is 100% better
Had to get pizza re-delivered due to no sauce on pizza. After explaining that the 1st pizza had no sauce ... I thought they would've corrected the issue... but the 2nd pizza was worst.. just meat and cheese ..

Usually get great delivery service from them and stopped in one day to pick up a pizza, cleanest restaurant in Wilmington. They had staff sweaping and wiping everything down while others were preparing orders. I will definitely order from them every time.
