Usually get great delivery service from them and stopped in one day to pick up a pizza, cleanest restaurant in Wilmington. They had staff sweaping and wiping everything down while others were preparing orders. I will definitely order from them every time.

This is about as straightforward and no frills as you can get in carry-out pizza joints. It's Papa John's, so the pizza flavor is pretty uniform from one franchise to the next. I'm not a fan of these little, strip mall, carry-out-only restaurants. That's why I did not score them higher.Parking: Parking is ample at this location, so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot you like. ?Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome inside the establishment, but do keep in mind that it's carry-out only at this locale. If your child is wound a little tightly that day it may not be such a great idea to take them in with you. There's just not a lot of room in there.

It's a solid Papa John's. Maybe try carry out as delivery times may vary (not their fault, it's 2023). Consistent service and food, it is what is, if you want a better pie - why are at a chain to begin with?

Husband and I were trying to use a credit for incorrect order that got refunded. We were left on hold for 20 minutes. Called back multiple times to speak to a manager because it's the only way to use the credit and was repeated hung up on by the machine I think. I understand it's friday and wait times can be long but this felt excessive. Also please write corporate and change that awful hold dialogue. If you're trying to discourage people from staying on hold to order it's working.

Just purchased medium pie and a medium cheesy bread cost $ 27.00 Not only was it over priced it was the worst pizza I ever ate No flavor crust was like stale bread.will never buy Papa Johns ever. This was the store in Myrtle Grove Carolina Beach Rd
My delivery guy had a major attitude. Wish I'd got his name but you can tell he was being a smart *** Should've kept my tip. Ain't even touched my food yet, dude messed up my whole appetite??

I had the papa bowl and some cheese sticks. The main thing I've always enjoyed at Papa johns is he sauce. Garlic butter, Cheese, Marinara, etc., they are all good! I'm moving towards low carb and tried the papa bowl concept. It's a pizza without crust!

Was charged and then told my order could not be completed. The sales rep tried to transfer me to a store and was unsuccessful. After calling back and speaking to another employee for over 10 minutes, their attempt to help resulted in my call being dropped and problem still not resolved. When I select the “speak to a manager” option, an incredibly obnoxious sales pitch is played. Will not be ordering here in the future.

Everything.Was insulted for what I ordered.Was accused of trying to steal pizzas.Manager cussing and complaining the entire 55 min. I waited.Tried to give me wrong food.I asked for manager name and was told she did not have to give it. Spent $41 and I will never return.

We order from here at least once a week. When we have a problem with an order it is taken care of. They have improved tremendously with the quality and speed over the past year. Keep up the good service , it is definitely noticed! :)
